The apartment was very spacious and light with an unparalleled view and location!
The biggest issue I would point out is the need to replace one of the sofas (the sleeper sofa) one of the sofa arms is almost falling off and it is hard to sit on as the hide-a-bed seems permanently out of place. We were pretty much unable to use it while there.
There is also visible water damage along the molding in the bathroom and the countertop/cabinetry in the area of the dishwasher in the kitchen is loose.

Our daughter is studying abroad In Barcelona and it was a perfect location. Bus, Metro right in front of the building. The balcony has a wonderful view of the street and the Gaudi Casa Battlo across the street was fantastic.We would definitely stay again. The only thing I would suggest having 3 daughters and myself, only having one mirror in the whole apartment was difficult at times to get ready to go out, especially having it in the bathroom. We LOVED it here and already recommended it 2 times-

The location is unbelievable! The balcony has a stunning view of Casa Batlló. Air conditioning works exceptionally well in the main areas and bedrooms.

I don't think I could have picked a better place to stay in Barcelona... this was spot-on for location, layout and usefulness. It was contemporary, stylish and generous. We loved this place and would not hesitate to stay again and recommend it very highly.
Negatives are minor, as this is a rental flat, and gets a lot of traffic. However, I note the following for the owner: stains should be cleaned from sectional sofa. Bathroom has a sewage smell, (maybe it's from the courtyard).

The apartment is located perfectly! It's right across from Gaudi's Casa Batllo and the view from the apartment is amazing. It's next to the metro station so you can easily travel around the city. The area is great for shopping and there are many restaurants as well. The representative from Habitat Apartments was waiting for us outside the apartment when we came and he was very nice and told us about good places to eat and interesting things to see. I warmly recommend Habitat Apartments

Appartement heeft wel een klein schilderbeurtje nodig en beslit een nieuw kastje onder de wasbak in de badkamer.
De bekleding van de grijze bank in de woonkamer ziet er niet meer zo fris uit. Verder een loszittende plint onder de vriezer in de keuken en op de kleine slaapkamet stond een wandpaneel los tegen de muur die een deur verbergt. Niet zo veilig naar mijn mening.
Verder was alles super geregeld bij aankomst en de ligging kon niet beter in Barcelona.. De metro pal voor je deur!

We spent four nights.The Appartment was perfect,cleaned,and as same as the posted pictures in the website.
Had the perfect location with a walking distance from most of the restaurants,shopping,and sight seen.
The day of check-in,the company's attendance was there on time,on the day of check-out we were allowed for late check-out that was convenient for our flight time.
The only comment that Appartment had only one mirror in the toilet,it needs more mirrors in the rooms, and the living.

This is a very nice apartment located in the Eixample neighborhood right on the Passeig de Gracia.
Only negative was the check-in time. We arrived early, but the Check-in representative arrive 30 minutes later than the scheduled time.
Otherwise our stay was wonderful and uneventful. Great location. Apartment was quiet, except for one night when we were awakened abruptly by a loud buzzing noise.
Apartment had all amenities and we would certainly stay there again.

Top-zentrale Location; \"IKEA\"-Style renoviertes schönes und sehr sauberes Apartmentim 6. Stock (Fahrstuhl). Sensationeller Blick auf die Casa Battlo - Gaudi ist also mitten im Wohnzimmer. Metro, tolle Geschäfte und gute Restaurants direkt vor der Tür. Ein echter Tipp, gerne wieder.
Gepäck konnte am Abreisetag (Apt. departure @ 11 a.m. latest) problemlos beim Habitat-Büro (ca. 1 km vom Apt. entfernt) deponiert werden. So macht Reisen Spass.

What a glorious apartment with an unbeatable, gorgeous Gaudi view of Battlo. It really was a special place to stay; spacious, central, with all amenities super close. One suggestion only; perhaps another mirror would be useful. Sharing one above the sink does not promote marital bliss.Perhaps another full length mirror in the hall would make for perfection and for matching shoes to clothes.
Welcoming in New Year from the balcony while fireworks filled the sky, made if even more magical.

This is a great apartment in a fantastic location. The apartment is in very good condition and the kitchen well stocked with pans, plates, cooking utensils etc. We had some technical issues but Habitat Apts supplied quick and effective service. We can only recommend the apartment. We were traveling as a family of four, with a 4 yo and a baby.

L\'appartement est magnifique et très bien situé. Les appareils électroménagers sont de dernière technologie et demande une certaine habilité pour les utiliser. Il y a a trois portes à ouvrir pour se rendre à l\'appartement et la dernière porte demande une bonne dextérité pour l\'ouvrir. Il faisait très chaud dans Barcelone lors de notre séjour et avons bien apprécié l\'air climatisé quoique nous ayons connu des air climatisé plus puissant.La salle de bain est maingnifique mais aucune tablette. Habitat comment: Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire, nous sommes heureux de savoir que l'appartement vous ait plu. Cependant, la tablette doit être réservée en ligne en avance et récupérée en main propre à notre agence.

Fantastic location, beautiful apartment, but perhaps not one for somebody looking to sleep in every morning. The main bedroom is right by the elevator shaft and when people awake/leave the building/come to work in some of the offices, it can be a bit noisy.
If you\'re happy enough to be awake around 8 or 9am, then it shouldn\'t be a big problem. The place itself is really great, comfortable, nice balcony, fully equipped and I\'d be happy to come back again.

My hubby and I LOVED this apt. Every single thing about it was perfect. The most important thing was that it was so quiet, you could hear a pin drop. The location was superb, and the building is beautiful, but most importantly safe, like Fort Knox. The hostess was so kind, and very friendly. I have traveled to quite a few places on the globe, but Barcelona, and this paseo de gracia apt is now a very special place to me and my hubby. We talk about going back ALL the time. LOVE YOU BARCELONA!

This review will be positive ....however, we were left with bare minimum toilet paper for our stay which resulted in us having to spend precious time on our holiday shopping for basic necessities like that. I would also like to say a larger bath towel would be appreciated. Everything else we loved!

excellent location. great view. safe building. nice and clean apartment. the only complain is there is no shower hanger in the shower. we have to put our shower products on the floor. other wise it is perfect for a short term stay.

If you are interested in modernist architecture this might be the best location in Barcelona.

We had a wonderful time in the very, big city of Barcelona. The apartment was wonderful and spacious and we loved the view up and down Paseo de Gracia. We ate out every night, but if you ant to cook, facilities are perfect.

Fantastic location, not just for the views of the casa Batllo, but also for proximity to places of interest, and well-served by public transport. Extremely well-equipped kitchen (although no teapot). A hairdryer would have been welcome in the bathroom. The shower door does not work properly, needs a bit of juggling to get it open and shut. Fantastic apartment! Everything was so good -especially the view! It made our first trip to barcelona perfect!
One small detail - there were no news programs on the TV - CNN, BBC - which would have been helpful. On the other hand it was nice to not know what was going on for a week!

Wonderful Apartment!
We could have a comfortable stay (nice view, convenient location, kind support, cleanliness, high security). A few disappointing matters are as follows: The faucet of the washroom was unstable and the dishwasher did not work properly, only once. It might have been our fault but it couldn't smoothen drainage. At first we couldn't understand the method to open the room key. But it was so easy after understanding it and having succeeded.

Absolutely loved the apartment - the location is fantastic so close to everything shops, restuarants, tourist sites and public transport.Had a few teething issues with door and internet but the Habitat team were extremely helpful and responded immediately. The apartment itself is lovely and very modern. Perfect view of some of Gaudi\'s most amazing work. Couldn\'t tell if Gaudi\'s apartment was better in the day or the night. Loved our stay in Barcelona thanks to the Habitat team.

Einfach nur unglaublich! Diese Wohnung hat wirklich alles übertroffen, was ich bisher an Ferienwohnungen kannte. Der Ausblick aus der Wohnung war einfach phänomenal. Auch die übrige Ausstattung der Wohnung lies keine Wünsche offen. Einfach nur Sonderklasse.

What a fantastic apartment! The apartment really is exactly as the pictures and video show. The view of Casa Batllo was just phenomenal, and it changes throughout the day and lights up at night. Very special!
The apartment itself has everything you could need on holiday, iron, hair dryer, safe, washing machine and tumble dryer!
Location is excellent too with the passeig de gracia metro right across road, allowing you to get to all of Barcelona in minutes! Excellent, thanks!

My daughter and I rented this apartment and loved it very much. As you can see we give it 10 in every category
We had some problems with figuring out the keys but Habitat sent people to help right away.
A few suggestions - another mirror or 2 would be helpful as would another towel bar in the bathroom---and some hooks in the closets.Some place mats would be nice too ( and would protect the table ) and a potholder or 2.
We had the best view in the city of the Casa Battlo light
show! wonderful!

We stayed in the apartment for 16 nights, and were generally very pleased. The location is fantastic with an amazing view towards Casa Batlló from a sunny balcony. The apartment is well equipped with all the household appliances you need. The only remarks we have are that you easily hear the neighbors from the single bedroom. We experienced some problems with the door lock the first days (a special technique), but the Habitat service was very helpful. We will definitely recommend this apartment
