The apartment was really nice. We really liked the location as it is walking distance to the Barceloneta beach.

A fantastic apartment in a superb location that provides a comfortable living space for when you are not sight-seeing. Walking distance from La Rambla in one direction and the beach and the Olympic Port in the other. Appartement très bien situé à Barceloneta, proche de toutes commodités. Lits confortables. Un peu sombre et peu doté en vaisselle.

Flat was well kept, air conditioning worked good. Beds were comfortable. A little hard with just one bathroom. Shower was great though. Great area to stay. Walking to everything and easy to find.

We had some problems on arrival - missing curtain and broken bed-leg - but these were sorted out promptly. Very well-located apartment near to port, metro station, beach and city centre. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, but we didn't find it noisy. A comfortable apartment, but slightly tired decor and could do with a bit more kitchen equipment - e.g. no serving dishes suitable for 6 people. It was hot when we stayed, so we were very glad of the lift and the air-conditioning!

Apartment perfectly located for a city trip; everything was matching our expectations. The only thing to highlight was a missing tea kettle to prepare some tea - maybe, this investigation would be appreciated not only by us, but also by some other guests. Some of the furniture is a little bit worn and might require some replacement soon.

Lovely, clean spacious apartment in a great location at the edge of Barceloneta. Close to the beach and within walking distance of the metro & the old town. Was met by Anastasia at the apartment at the correct time for a hassle free check in. Well served by local shops, pharmacies & bakeries and loads of great restaurants - in fact there's one directly below the apartment. Travelled with 2 children & they loved the place. All in all, a fantastic rental & would certainly recommend & stay again.

Very spacious and well equiped apartment, ideally located for a combination of beach and city discovering! Quiet surroundings, comfortable rooms... everything you need!

Thank you for a great stay! We enjoyed the unit and location very much and looking forward to book our next vacation with you guys again. Only upon check in we had an issue.... Was promised to check in at 11 and no one showed up. Also should let renters know about the 4% additional charge.... Thanks again for a wonderful stay!!!

Fabulous apartment but the address details were wrong on the confirmation sent to us so the taxi driver couldn't find the road. Confirmation says 'Carrer Bilboa' it's actually 'Carrer Balboa'. That would be my only complaint as everything else was excellent. Habitat comments: Thank you for your kind feedback. We have checked the confirmation that we sent to you and it included the correct name, Carrer Balboa, so we don´t see why this confusion could have occured.

Apartment is the ideal location , minutes walking to beach, metro, le born area ,and marina. Alexandra was very pleasant, however we were on time and nobody was at the apt to meet us despite us reconfirming the time from the airport. The living area is small and would be a squeeze for 6,but was fine for the 3 of us. Kitchen is modern ,it lacked a sink plug, toaster was malfunctioning, no breadboard, but it didn't bother us too much as we ate out. Very impressed by how spotlessly clean apt was.

As a group of four we are very impressed by the facilities on offer at this well situated apartment. We would recommend this to groups and families but be aware of the street noise in the early hours. There are numerous eateries in walking distance, all of which offer good value food and drink. Beach and harbour within walking distance.

Wir haben uns in dem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage nah zu Strand und Stadt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (sehr preiswerter Supermarkt gegenüber, ein toller Bäcker wenige Meter entfernt). Die Straße ist schmal und nachts recht laut. Das Treppenhaus ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig und lässt Schlimmes befürchten, was sich aber beim Betreten der Wohnung nicht bestätigt. Die Wohnung ist renoviert, alles Notwendige ist da.
