Description

This cozy studio is located in the heart of Madrid. Perfect for a couple, it has a double sofa bed and a special atmosphere enhanced by the presence of a fireplace, plus all the comforts and modern decor. It retains the high ceilings and original moldings of the building, one of the representative of the area, excellently preserved.

- Baby cot available upon request for an extra cost of 30 euro

- Check in is from 3pm
- Damage deposit: 200 euro

Not included in the price:
- If you arrive between 8pm and midnight there is an extra fee of 30 euro for late-check in.
- If you arrive after midnight there is an extra fee of 50 euro for late-check in.
- For early check-out between 7am and 9am there is an extra cost of 30 euro. After 9am there is no extra cost. It is also possible to check out between midnight and 7am at an extra cost of 50 euros.

Conditions

Cancellation

For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:

A 19.80% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card

500 € bills not accepted.
Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit : Cash

A damage deposit of 200 € in cash will be required.
500 € bills not accepted.

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00

For check-in from 20:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.

Check-out : Before 11:00

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Late check-out is possible till 00:00 and there is an extra charge of 50 €.

Location of this apartment in Madrid

The apartment is located in the center next to Malasaña, origin of the Movida Madrileña, and liberal and tolerant Chueca district. It is also just a few blocks from the Gran Via, one of the main arteries of the capital. This is an area with many shops and restaurants, and very well connected by buses and stations Chueca. Easy access to the main museums (Thyssen, Prado) in Madrid.
