These 2 rooms are separated by glass walls within which you can find a micro therapy pool providing chromotherapy, air pull and whirpool bath. In addition, the living room features refrigerated wine cabinet, fireplace and a library. From there you can exit to a cosy terrace where you can enjoy in romantic meals and exceptional Tuscany wine.

Since the apartment is located on the top floor, there is an elevator which arrives to 5th floor and there are about 15 stairs to do before reaching the apartment. It is an excellent option for a couple who wants to enjoy in everything that Florence can offer.

Conditions

Cancellation

For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:

A 15.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card

500 € bills not accepted.
Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit:

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 18:00

Check-out : Before 11:00

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
