How to arrive

BY CAR
The municipal of Marbella is crossed from east to west by the N-340 (motorway), the Mediterranean motorway (A-7) Sol  motorway (AP-7), which connect the city with Málaga on one side, and, Estepona and Algeciras on the other.
Towards the interior the A-397 and the A-355 split. The first goes towards Ronda, whilst the other crosses Ojén and the interior of the Sierra de las Nieves and the Valle del Guadalhorce. The A-7176 and A-7175, two main roads, join Marbella with neighbour villages Istán and Benahavís.

In Marbella there is no train station. The nearest station is the 'local train network' (cercanías) station, 27km away, in Fuengirola, whilst in Málaga, 45 km away, there is the main train station with long distance trains. Also from Málaga you can take a coach to Marbella.
