Cancellation

For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:

A 16.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day : Cash

500 € bills not accepted.

Deposit : Cash

A damage deposit of 300 € in cash will be required.
500 € bills not accepted.

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 12:00

For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 25 €.
For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.

Check-out : Before 10:00

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 10:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 3.5000 € per night and person will be added to the total price.

The city tax will apply to a maximum of 10 nights.
The city tax does not apply to those under 10 years.

Location of this apartment in Rome

The Viminal Hill apartment is very close to Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica and a 15 minutes walk to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. Also you can easily reach the Coliseum by foot.

In the middle of piazza dell'Esquilino (200 metres from the apartment), one of the seven hills, an obelisk stands out. The square is located behind the apse of basilica Santa Maria Maggiore, one of the most solemn buildings of Roman Baroque and has in its center an granite obelisk which is nearly 15m high and is at the centre of Piazza dell'Esquilino.
