The flat is really nice and clean, in an ideal location if you are travelling without your kids and partying all night. The neighbourhood is very noisy (In a festive way), throughout the night! Great location & staff very helpful. I have stayed in this apartment before but it has been refurbished to a higher standard. It's just a shame the bathroom can't be improved as it lets the apartment down a little. There is a lot of noise from outside but this has to be expected due to the location being so central. Having said that I would stay here again.

Hi everybody we were 3 friends 23-24-25 years old from Italy coming for 5 days holidays from 13 to 18 of August. The place is very central to do many things. If you want to go to the beach you should take Taxi cause it's like 25-30 minutes walking. The flat was really good like the photos, well furnished. The only thing form photo we didn't notice was that seems 2 different rooms for bed and sofa bed, actually was only one. Las Ramblas is a bit dangerous late night but was ok for us. //Habitat Apartments comments: Thank you very much for his comments. Great location! Very clean!Free WiFi. It can use replacement of windows with double glass ones, as you feel like you're in the square at night. I stayed for several nights in a hotel close by and the noise was much less with the better isolation. Apart from that, good value for the money and very friendly reception of the representative.

Apartment is very nice with all You need to have comfortable stay. Small but very nice balcony. Place were is located is the heart of Barcelona so of course it is noisy specialy by night but I have no problem with it.

Amazing location, straight onto la rambla. Very spacious and clean. Would stay again, worth the money!

We booked this apartment at short notice and it was with a 25% discount. The apartment is actually a large studio as the bed is in the living area. It is well quipped and great for a couple. There is some street noise but if you want to stay close to all the action it is not a problem. The only thing that was a bit difficult to manage was the shower the recess area was very small. I would stay there again.

Zeer tevreden over het appartement. Wel zeer luidruchtig 's nachts. Doucheslang hangt veel te hoog. Er ontbrak een afsluitdop in de afwasbak van de keuken. Verschillende lampjes van de verlichting waren stuk.Het appartement ligt zeer centraal wat een pluspunt is de drukte moet je er wel bijnemen.

Location is killer, could not beat it. Close to different attarctions as well to metro station and right in las ramblas. Spacious loft with a heater(we were there is Jan). It was noisy at night given the location but you cant have it all. Excellent deal, will come back again.

The main advantage of this apartment is its location: in the heart of La Ramblas, next to Plazza Reial which is full of character, La Boqueria market and 10 minutes walk distance to marina. Unfortunately the central location means that it is noisy at night. The interior in the apartment is very basic, but everything is there for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out process was straight forward. Will definitely use Habitat Apartments in future.

The apartment was great, and in a great location!! Very clean as well. However, amenities that were supposed to be included were not. The AC did not work, the internet did not work for 4 days (and we only stayed 5) and the TV had problems throughout our stay as well. However, Habitat Apartments reimbursed us for the internet and AC problems. Overall, I would stay at this apartment again provided that all of the amenities listed are actually working.

You need to put in some very heavy curtains to block out the noise at night and fix the ac so that it doesn't make noise. Other than that, everything was just fine with the apt. If you want to party all night and then come back here to sleep all day, this is the place to be. I wouldn't book this apt again unless I knew it had some soundproofing and would advise against this place.

The apartment was great. It's very close to a metro stop, the huge market, and the port. The apartment is just around the corner from the famous Las Ramblas. The heating worked well. The kitchen is large and had the utensils we needed. The only negative is that the shower is small. Everything else was perfect.

Perfect location for a first visit in Bcn. It's a nice clean apt but in a noisy area.

The location is obviously great, the apartment itself is ok for a long weekend. Gets really noisy during the week as the building is partly in restoration and the builders start as early as 7am. Also the apartment is very dark. On the other hand, Habitat were very helpful, on time for the check-in and allowed us to leave the luggage in the apartment for 6 hours after check-out. The unit was well situated. It was fun to sit on the balcony and watch people go by on Ramblas and Placio Rieal. However... The A/C that is advertised DOES NOT WORK - be ready to be hot in the summer. The clothes dryer DOES NOT WORK. Be prepared to hang your clothes to dry. While the kitchen is stocked it is lacking in glassware and pots and pans. The coffee maker worked well though. Getting to the unit with luggage is a bit of a challenge, but doable.

Great location! It's a studio apartment. Very large room with queen bed and fold out sofa. AC is a little noisy, bed is wobbly, bathroom is small. But there is a full kitchen and high celling. And did I mention location already?

Staff were very helpful. The location is brilliant, we stayed during Sonar festival and it is right around the corner. Would definitely book again.

The apartment was very good overall. The shower was a little on the small side and there were noise from the renovation next door but it did not reduce our enjoyment of the apartment, conveniently located just off the Ramblas, all the restaurants and beautiful shops. We loved it. Good exercise to walk up the stairs ( there is an old elevator but we never used it except for carry the luggage. I would have no hesitation staying there again. The apartment had everything we need for our week stay.

Nice tidy apartment, well equipped and great location, but some construction going on in next door building.

Great location very nice apartment, however - the curtains kept coming unhooked when drawn I had to use the ladder to put them back up every day, which was dangerous as they are high up. The shower drain is obviously bit blocked as water does not drain quickly enough and had to keep turning water off while it drained. The towels had fluffy bits on them. The kitchen stunk - when opened cabinet door under sink smelt musty. The girl who met us was great and very helpful.

Overall, my experience with Habitat was positive. There was an issue with construction noise from building next door to apartment but feel discount offered was appropriate response. I will utilize your services again.

Generally flat was nice, perfect position, just very noisy in the night (as we had honour to see FCB was celebrating championship in La Liga). The second minor minus was reconstruction of the house next door, so no view to Plaza Reial.

Good location for eating out, convenient to metro, train & tourist attractions. Pictures were accurately & nicely presented. Great srevices & good selection of appliances. Very good for the price. Internet access was great. Maybe another drying clothes rack would be good for 4 people. Esperanza (the representative) was fantastic, very helpful & friendly. We had a great time in Barcelona and will recommend you to our friends & family. Thanks!

The pictures on the website do the apartment justice, in realality, the apartment is old and dirty looking in definate need of a good clean and decorate, very very noisy through the night and the balcony doors barely close and let in alot of noise. The bathroom was tiny and could barely fit in it, the floor was filthy and the 'sink' was a small very dirty metal bowl and the shower was even worse. There was only enough hot water for one of us to have a shower. Would never stay here again.

We were two people staying in Colom 1, apartment in between Las Ramblas and Plaza Reial. The apartment has a fantastic location, and it is spacious and well-equiped. The price was a steal for a three-night stay in Nov. The pictures on the website are exactly what you see from the balcony. It has a well-equiped kitchen; the ceilings are high and the bed is big and comfy. There is a nice sofa too. I would stay there again - a very nice apartment.
