The apartment is fantastic, very comfortable and very well located. The kitchen could be a little more equipped and the chairs of the dining table could be restored. But these are small details that can be easily solved. The team of habitat were truly carful responding and solving every message and questions we had during our visit. We would love to come back.

Very good place, nice aparment and convenient position

Very nice appartement, perfectly located.

It was a great location, close to the metro. Natasha was great she gave us some recommendations for for places to eat and reviewed the map with us. There were a few glitches with the small appliances but we worked them out. The cleaning folks could pay a bit more attention to detail but nothing that would prevent me from returning. Overall we enjoyed our stay it was a very nice place to spend time.

Lovely, spacious apartment and located in a quiet area. Good location and close to the metro. Has all amenities required. No air con in the sitting room however the bedrooms have it and the sitting room has shutters for the windows.

Lovely well stocked apartment in a great location. Being greeted by Doraely was a great start to our visit. Her advice on getting about was very helpful, especially her restaurant recommendations.

A lovely apartment in a great location. The second bedroom could do with a safer bed. Creams and wobbles and didn’t feel comfortable. But overall, clean and a homely apartment. We had a great time.

Chosen for location and spaciousness. Comfortable apartment with street view. Amenities were a little short though....T.paper, paper towels. TV in English, or to translate is a no go here. Needs paint and decor updated. Easy fit for 6 persons with a fold out couch. We enjoyed our stay, thanks.

Nice apartment close to the metro and to the train from the airport . Clean enought. One bedroom has an inside bathroom. Only the two bedrooms are air conditioned so the sitting room was really hot for sleeping. Habitat staff very kind!

Great Apartment. Nice to have the terrace behind - sun in the morning. In 10-15 min walk you are at the Rambla or in the Gothic Quarter so easy to get arount from the Apartment. We will recommed this Apartment to other and wil get back again next time we are going to Barcelona

Comfortable apartment in good location. Kitchen well equipped and nice bathrooms. The living and dining area were spacious and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed Barcelona and the apartment. it is very spacious, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, huge lounge and kitchen, outside area, great storage. it has great windows and is on the Principal (first) floor of a 3 storey building, with lift. The street outside is fairly noisy, which doesn't penetrate with the windows closed, recommended when sleeping or out. Bedrooms are air conditioned. A great area, although about 500 metres from 'the action'

The flat is delightful, and the photos on the website give a pretty fair impression, although there is some wide-angle distortion. Location is extremely good, very convenient to central sites, and good bus connections to those further out. Surprisingly quiet given central location. Microwave was rather unreliable, but with so many good places to eat nearby, that's maybe not a big issue. Instruction manuals for some of the kitchen equipment would have been welcome. Good apartment. Good location to public transportation and hotel was clean. It was very spacious for 2 couples and the necessary amenities were all there.

The apartment is greatly located, a walking distance to almost everywhere in the downtown area. There is also a metro station (Girona) right around the corner. There is a pharmacy, grocery stores and places to eat nearby. The apartment is spacious and quite clean. A few things though: the other bathroom really needs a shower curtain, otherwise the whole floor is flooding. And don't use the electric kettle! We had a couple of blown up fuses because of it. Place is great and ideally located. Only real problem is that it is under another rental apartment and depending who rents the flat above this one it can get quite noisy (especially if you are not on the same schedule as the renters above).

Ruim appartement in leuke en rustige buurt. Er zijn veel goede restaurants, cafés en ontbijtkoeken in de omgeving. Aanraders zijn Chez Rene en Betlem. Goed ontbijten naast de deur in San Cristobal. Bedden zijn wat zacht en gammel. Keuken is okay, wel wat apparatuur aan vervanging toe zoals het koffie apparaat en waterkoker. Internet WiFi werkt goed. Fitness/gym in zelfde straat tegenover het appartement. taxi standplaats ook in de straat. Al met al prima verblijf in een geweldig Barcelona.

Nice, spacious apartment a few blocks (10 minute walk) from La Rambla and the on/off busses. Plenty of room, great living room. One bedroom en suite, the other has a hall bathroom - both have access to a little patio that overlooks the backside of the apartments. Plenty of equipment in kitchen for cooking. Recommendations: provide more toilet paper,paper towels. We were there for just a three night stay but ran out first day. Provide a larger coffee pot - could only make 2 cups at a time

My two grown up daughters and I stayed at the apartment for three nights and loved it. It had everything, and more, than we could have hoped for. The location was wonderful for getting around the city. The bar round the corner which has a bottle of house white for just over 5 euros was a plus too. There is everything you need within a short walk. The bus services, both for sight seeing and the airport are very close by. We found the apartment very clean, quiet, airy and light.Great !

Everything was as expected. Plenty of room for 4 , great location for visiting all of Barcelona. AC in bedrooms worked well, bedrooms are in the back of the apartment where it was very quiet. Living/dining area had lots of street noise with windows open. English instructions for washer and dryer would have been helpful. Two sets of towels for 5 days would have been nice.

We had a wonderful time! Our apartment included every detail which was promised in the describtion. The rambla and a supermarket was near by. To the beach you need 20 minutes, a bus ticket is here reasonable. All in all everything was great, so we will choose Habitat again.

We had a lovely stay at Bruc Terrace, We stayed five nights in this very central 2 bed with terrace in the heart of L'Eixample, we where met promptly and given a nice tour of the apartment. The apartment is nicely situated for those who like to discover a little more then the tourists areas, benefits from a nice balcony looking over the street, and a good size terrace at the rear for some afternoon drinks. If given the option we would stay here again. Cheers

Bruc Terrace apartment was an excellent place to stay during our time in Barcelona. Safe, quiet neighborhood just a few streets away from the Passeig de Gracia. Within walking distance of the Sagrada Familia & the Ciutat Vella (Gothic Quarter.) The apartment is clean, very spacious and airy, and was perfect for our group of two couples. The photos on Habitat's web site are a good representation of the space. Habitat Apartments was very professional and easy to deal with, especially Alexandra!

Fantastic break in Barcelona with grandparents and 14 month baby. Very spacious, central but quiet apartment. Easy walking to most attractions and a convenient taxi rank outside for transport to airport (30 Euros), Parc Guell, Montjuic and beaches at el Poblenou (all under 10 Euros). Supermarket 2 minutes walk around the block. I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again. The only thing to improve would be more wine glasses please. We are very sorry for the fact that there were only 2 glasses, we'll buy some new wine glasses because there should be at least four glasses in this apartment.

Wir waren 5 Tage in diesem wundervollen Appartement. Die Größe und der nostalgische Charme der Fenster, die authentische Terrasse und die Gemütlichkeit des Appartements haben uns einen schönen Aufenthalt verschafft. Die Lage ist perfekt um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß oder mit der Metro zu erreichen - die Rambla ungefähr in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Service von HABITAT verdient eine glatte 10! Alles hat perfekt geklappt - ein großes Lob an die Mitarbeiter! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Kettle was broken. The masterbeds were too soft and too uncomfortable that we ended up sleeping on the couches in the living room. The size of the apartment and the location was great! Habitat apartments: Thank you very much for you comment, we will replace the Kettle and we are very sorry that the beds where to soft. It's always hard to find a right bed which everyone likes.

We found everything just as we expected from the photos, or better. Someone was waiting for us on arrival, and gave us clear instructions on how to use the appliances and internet. The apartment was really quite large, and very clean. We at several meals in the apartment, and had all the utensils we needed. I agree with the other reviewers that the master-bedroom bed is a bit soft, but it was certainly usable. It was too cold to use the back patio, but a cute white cat came to visit once!

The apartment was great, had everything we needed, the only issue I had was a €30 charge for a second baby cot which did not come with a mattress and the fact that neither cots had blankets/duvets. In the summer this is not a problem but in December it gets cold at night.

My freind and I have just returned from the Bruc Apartment, Barcelona. The actual apartment was brilliant and spacious and we would definitely rebook. There was a huge problem though in that building works were being done so at 8.45am it was as if banging and drilling were actually being done in one of the bedrooms. I actually couldn't stay in the room as the noise was unbearable, and had to move to one of the living room couches to try and get some sleep. We believe we should have been informed // HABITAT COMMENT: Thank you for your review. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and were unfortunately unaware of this problem. We always inform our guests when we know building works will take place.

Very nice and big apartment with everything you need. The apartment was well equipped, quite spacious and a wonderful place to spend a week in barcelona. Just one thing, a person for the loundry service was at the door without an appointment (??!!). // HABITAT COMMENTS: Thank you for your review. As explained by our representative during your check-in, the laundry service has to come at the beginning of your stay to pick up the dirty linen from the previous guests and bring new ones.

Great apartment in great location. Everything very good, only negative is 1 bed is very soft (too soft) & the other is very hard (we used this one) so the mattresses could be improved. A great apartment though - we would use it again.

Really central, clean and spacious apartment, perfect for us travelling with our young baby. Would stay here again and will be recommending it to friends and family.

Great experience. Excellent communication via email on lead up to actual stay. Excellent sized apartment in living areas. Bedrooms had large beds so movement a bit constricted. Excellent wifi. Modern appliances. Excellent internal laundry facilities. Would definitely recommend. Street noise if leave living room windows open, but this part of inner city living. Excellent aircon in bedrooms.

We enjoyed staying at this spacious first floor apartment with its front street balconies and rear terrace. The street is very convenient for - local buses and taxi rank - local supermarkets and bakery nearby.

I thought the service provided by Habitat was excellent and prompt. Julia, our booking agent, was very helpful with sightseeing, restaurant and nightlife suggestions. We followed much of her advice and had an amazing time. Also, when we reported a broken hair dryer we received a new one just later that day. It was really nice to know that they cared about the comfort of our stay. The place itself was very nice and comfortable. Good location and modern decor and amenities.
