Schöne großzügige Wohnung. Bequeme Betten. Sehr sauber. Leider hellhörig. Andere Bewohner des Hauses z.T. sehr rücksichtslos und laut in der Nacht. Kleines Willkommenspaket mit Kaffeepads, Tee, Zucker, Salz, Essig & Öl, sowie Duschgel, Shampoo, Spültab, Waschmaschinentab, Spülmittel und Spültuch sehr nett. Geschirrtuch vermisst. Pros: • Nice spacious apartment in an older building • Location is central and easy to get around • Comfortable for families • Nice Check-in Representative (Marta) Cons • Building can get loud mattering who your neighbours are • Shower Drain was clogged (easy fix) • Automated Emails prior to arrival are misleading • washing machine - couldn’t figure how to use it as the instructions are limited Overall Enjoyed our stay here and the pros outweigh the cons. Thank you for informing us of the things we need to improve, we take our guests' requests very seriously and will try to implement them as soon as possible. Some electrical outlets doesn’t work (3 on the biggest room on each side of the bed)

If you are a light sleeper I would not recommend staying at this apartment. Our first night in the apartment there was a party next door that went until 2:00 AM. Additionally the window in the main bedroom is not sealed properly so you hear a lot of street noise. Additionally the pillows in the apartment are very flat making it very difficult to get a good night sleep. The location is great, apartment was clean, just not conducive for light sleepers. We found the apartment to be very clean upon arrival and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. The communication was quick and friendly from the very beginning, and so was the personal check in. Great location, all sights within walking distance. Many restaurants, bars and a good size supermarket nearby. A metro station and taxi stand are right in front of the building. The only downside: poor internet and no dish towels. We had a great stay! Thanks to the team!
