Thank you for the great service. The apartment is very beautiful and was very clean with all the essentials. Location is perfect. You have all the local shops and bars nearby. I definitely recommend this flat. The employees respond via email within 24hrs and their WhatsApp number is available for 24hrs

The apartment is in a good location, with some lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. A 10-15 minute walk to Passeig de Gracia.
The apartment was clean and had some essentials to start off your visit.
Fully tiled throughout, apartment 31 has a traditional and rustic feel. Some of the tiles, however, are loose which I made the Habitat team aware of so they can be repaired.
With this as an exception, the apartment is great for a stay in Barcelona

Location was amazing, everywhere was a stone throw away, we were less than 10mins walk to casa batllo, passeig de garcia, casa mila and the list goes on. The train station was 3mins away, with lots of eateries and 24hour supermarkets around us. The apartment was very clean, toilet and kitchen was spotless. It was spacious for a family of 4, with 11 and 13yo children. I would recommend this apartment as it is near enough to key locations but far enough to escape the hustle and bustle of the crowd

Great apartment, exactly as pictured, quiet, a few blocks from metro, has WIFI & a safe, great shower pressure, well equipped kitchen. I appreciated they gave us trash bags, laundry & dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and a wee bit of coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, oil & vinegar to get started. Nice location for Gaudi enthusiasts, a good experience. One issue - electronic door lock mechanism is VERY convenient, but when it doesn't work you can't get into the building or apartment.

Very nice apartment, located in a quiet area, close to metro and parking places.

It was clean when we arrived.
The sofa bed is a bit old now and should be changed... it is ok for young children

L’appartement était parfait! Nous étions 5 adultes et nous avions beaucoup d’espace. C’est situé dans un quartier calme et tranquille avec beaucoup de petits restaurants et cafés à proximité. Les lieux étaient très propres avec un cachet ancien qui donnait du charme au logement!!! La cuisine hyper bien équipée et les chambres très spacieuses . Le divan-lit dans le salon confortable. Je recommande vivement cet établissement car le service était très professionnel. Nous avons adoré notre séjour! -

We really loved this apartment. In a nice location near Metro stop with short distance to main tourist attractions. Kitchen and bathroom facilities are great and clean. Didn't hear much noise from surroundings apartments. Would definitely stay here again.we stayed with three children (15, 14, 11). Some nice places to eat nearby. - Habitat Reply:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We've previously stayed in Balconies 2, and wanted to try something new. We did miss the situation (off the intersection, above E. Granados) and prospects from B2, but B31 offered a workable kitchen and lovely tiles. In either case, the building's location is ideal--just far enough from the tourist throng to get away from crowds, but within easy reach of all major sights. We love BCN and Habitat Apartments, and hope to return again next year.-

One of the window was broken and couldn't be closed.
The coffee machine also doesn't work.
All the rest was perfect.
Nice location and nice appartement.

The apartment was perfectly located for us, very clean and in great - almost new condition. Lidia was extremely warm and friendly when she met us to check-in.
many excellent restaurants within minutes walking in every direction. Paseig de Gracia with its incomparable shopping less than 10 min walk.
we found the owners and chef at Grano restaurant, just downstairs of the apartment to be such a pleasure. very warm, hospitable and very good food. you should visit them!

Overall very good and satisfactory. However there was not enough toilet papers for a family of 5 adults with 3 nights stay and few heaters did not work. Habitat comment: Thank you for your review. We really appreciate every feedback, which can help us to improve our services. We remind you that we prepare some welcome amenities to start the stay and during the rest of the stay it is based on self-service. Concerning the problem of the heaters, we check and repair them. We are happy to know that apart from these issues everything was satisfactory and we hope we can welcome you back soon!
