The apartment was really ok and the position excellent (but elevator didn't work during our stay)! The app didn't work for the door in front of the streed and we had lots of problems when we asked for help during the night (someone answered us at phone but we're hold on for hours!!!!!). No problems during the day. This where absolutely not good for us I suggest to provide normal keys (in add of the app), and smart people for the assistance during the night HA: thank you for your stay in our apartment. Sorry about the elevator incident, those days they were checking. At night we have guard staff but not as much as during the day.

Lovely 2 bedroom flat in Barcelona's Eixample neigbhorhood. Great for our family of four, with two teenagers. Beautiful natural light, tall windows, great location, large. The only problems were: very loud construction every morning next door to us, very disturbing for sleep; hot water in shower lasts only 3-4 minutes, every time, and air con in one room needs service - it buzzes every 2 minutes when it is on.We used a fan at night b/c noise was disturbing. Overall lovely apartment, though.

This apartment is very nice and clean. The location is good depending what you are going to do during the day. The only thing I did not like, was the neighbor that came to complain for no reason, just because we were laughing a lot!

The location of the apartment is great. The apartment is nice and big. The bathroom was lacking in overall appearance. The tiled walls need attention. One of the kitchen cupboards did not close properly so it was left open so as not to cause damage. I would book with Habitat apartments again. Thank you for a satisfactory stay.

Lovely clean large apartment, plenty of room and well equipped. Nice position, plenty of bars and restaurants close by. We have stayed in this area before and enjoy its location. Minor thing - could do with some more coat hangers

The location of this clean and spacious apartment is excellent; there are so many great places nearby to eat and drink. It can be noisy in the bedroom facing the front, but that's to be expected in a city centre apartment. One of the pictures shows a table and chairs on a front balcony, his must have been taken from the lower apartment with a larger balcony, the one on the 4th floor is too small. Also we had no hot water during our stay - too late we discovered the boiler was not lighting.

Pleasant apartment in fine location. We had one small problem which was trying to get the stove to work. We called the Habitat office and they said they would get back to us but they never did. It wasn't critical as I was only cooking eggs which I did in the microwave instead. Perhaps Habitat could provide instructions for appliances in the apartment. Nice upper floor appartment in the best neightborough in Barcelona.

This apartment's location was the reason for booking it. It is 2 blocks from major metro and rail lines which takes you into the city or out to the suburbs. There are numerous restaurants, shops, bakeries and bars within walking distance. The apartment is large and has good natural light as well as updated room lighting. Bedrooms provide a choice of street side or inner court yard . The kitchen is adequately equipped for a short stay.

The apartment is just 2 blocks away from the subway station. It is easy for us to get to the apartment. There are 3 spacious rooms with plenty of light. It offers kitchen facility. Besides, it's great that there is a washing machine that helps during our 5-day trip.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Exactly as shown on the website. Found Habitat Apartments very helpful with queries we had before going. Met at the apartment on time and given all the local information. Nice to have 24 hour telephone number, in case of problems. Would thoroughly recommend this company and hope to use them again

Just enjoyed our stay at Barcelona Balconies 4. We were met by Xavi right on time. He showed us the apartment and gave us excellent instructions, also recommended some grocery stores and restaurants. There is a excellent supermarket about 5 minutes walking from the unit. Directions are come out of the apartment and turn right on to Enric Granados walk two blocks turn right and in the middle of the block there is a Bonpreu. The unit is beautiful and quiet. Public transport nearby.

Lovely spacious apartment in a nice residential area. It's close to metro stops, but also a lot of the sights are in walking distance (if you enjoy walking), e.g. Gaudi aparmtents, Sagrada Familia. The bed was very comfortable; air conditioning was welcome. Traffic noise during the day as expected in a city apartment but we found it quiet enough at night with the shutters closed. Kitchen reasonably well equipped with cooking utensils.

Lovely property, in fantastic location (quiet at night, easy walking distance to Metro and tourist sites). This apartment would have been perfect if it wasn't for a couple of mishaps (the air conditioning broke and so did the dishwasher). The customer service was good, but it was a very stressful 36 hours until the air conditioning was fixed. As we are Brits and not used to the high temperatures of Barcelona the air con was a Must on our list of things the apartment must have. Habitat comments: Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry once again for the inconveniences because of the air conditioning, that we repaired as soon as we could. We do hope we can welcome you back soon!

The apartment was conveniently located within walking distance of the metro. It was clean and bright. The beds and bedding were comfortable tas well. It was reasonably well furnished, had a washer which was nice after being traveling for several weeks. We did have issues with the AC in all but one bedroom. The wall mounted units just weren't cooling the back bedroom and front LR. the weather wasn't too hot so we opened windows as much as we could though there weren't screens on the windows. We were very happy with this apartment. We love the architecture of this district in Barcelona, l'Exaimple, so when your in front of the building, you are already in love. Inside is also great, just like the pictures and subscribtion, everything looks brandnew. The master bedroom can be noisy at night due to traffic on the main street, but I guess thats everywhere in Barcelona. We didn't bother and sleep well. Great beds! The other sleeping room is at the inside of the building, so very quiet.
