The Blue 2C is a nice apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Located in the Diagonal Mar area, just few meters from the beach.

This apartment is one of 9 apartments in the same building; it is perfect for a family or group of friends looking to spend a wonderful break in Barcelona.

In the apartment you will find a comfortable living-dining area with a double sofa bed,  a dining table and a completely equipped modern kitchen.

COVID-19 prevention

Habitat Apartments complies with the Cleaning and Security protocols contained in the Order of the Ministry of Health SND/399/2020, of May 9 regarding COVID-19. These protocols regulate:

  1. The cleaning to be carried out in the apartments with appropriate products, replacement and cleaning of textiles.

  3. The necessary information to our clients about the competent regulations to fulfill.

This Barcelona Apartment is a new addition to our selection. On the nice roof top terrace, you can spend some relaxing hours after an exhausting day of sightseeing.

Notre interlocutrice étaient d'un grand professionalisme. Son français était parfait (réponse rapide, disponible, gentil, agréable, rassurante) Concernant l appartement, celui était magnifique avec des équipements digne de certains grands hôtels (vraie belle cuisine, grand séjour, grand lit, draps propre, serviettes compris), un design moderne. Pour une fois que les photos corresponds à la réalité. Nous avons séjourné en famille (3 enfants en bas age) et c'était parfait. Mise a disposition d'un lit bébé. Tout est à côté (plage, metro, commerces) donc pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Le quartier autour est agréable et très calme. Nous le conseillons vraiment. Dommage que l appartement n'était pas plus disponible. En effet, nous y serions resté une semaine supplémentaire.

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 90 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 25% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 21 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 50% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Cash and credit card
  • A damage deposit of 200 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 17:00 to 21:00
  • For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
Check-out : From 09:00 to 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
