Beautiful apartment with very convenient location, just in the heart fo the city. Lovely to come home to after a long day sightseeing! Albert, the manager, was friendly and helpful.

L'appartamento ha una posizione molto comoda: è centrale e perfettamente servito dai mezzi pubblici e dal bus che porta all'aeroporto. È molto confortevole, attrezzato, e con tutti i comfort. Nella zona si trova di tutto: negozi, supermercati... Consigliatissimo!

Excellent location, in the centre of the city, convenient to everything we could want in the city. Almost new apartment has everything we wanted including a washing machine/dryer. Secure 2 bedroom apartment was for a family.

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Cash and credit card
  • A damage deposit of 150 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 11:00
  • Early check-in is possible from 07:00 and there is an extra charge of 20 € (subject to availability).
  • For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
  • For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
