Description

Beautiful attic in Barcelona located in the city center, less than 1 minute walk from Plaza Catalunya and 2 minutes from Las Ramblas. Well connected with public transport.

This excellent attic is 80 square meters and also has a lovely terrace equipped with table and chairs, sun beds, shower for summer time and a beautiful view of the city.

Center Ramblas Attic has 2 bedrooms, one of them with double bed, large wardrobe, ensuite bathroom and direct access to the terrace; the second bedroom, ideal for 4 people with two single beds, a double sofa bed (140 × 200 cm) and wardrobe. Just next door, you'll find the second bathroom with shower.

The living area features a plasma TV, a dining area for 4 people, access to the terrace and a open fully equipped kitchen, perfect for meals and share time with the family or friends.

This apartment offers accommodation for up to 8 people.

Conditions

Cancellation

For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:

A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card

500 € bills not accepted.
Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit : Cash and credit card

A damage deposit of 150 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.
500 € bills not accepted.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 11:00

Early check-in is possible from 07:00 and there is an extra charge of 20 € (subject to availability).
For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.

Check-out : Before 11:00

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.

The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.

Center Ramblas Attic Apartment is located on Ronda Universidat Street, in the Eixample district, which is best known for its architecture, exclusive boutiques, restaurants and coffee shops. Only 1 minute away from Plaza Catalunya, 2 minutes from Las Ramblas and 4 minutes from Passeig de Gracia. Also walking distance you can find Gran Vía de les Corts Catalans, an important avenue, the Gothic Quarter and Universitat Metro Station.

Ronda de la Universitat is a major thoroughfare of central Barcelona, It links two of the city's three main squares, running from Catalunya Square towards Universitat Square
