The apartment was totally as expected. Everything worked well and we were able to fully enjoy our stay in Barcelona. Only 2 criticisms: I found the single beds in the second bedroom were not very comfortable. There was a misunderstanding with Sergio about the time of leaving the apartment. Despite me phoning him and telling him the time was changed to 10.30am he still came at 7.30am.

Excellent! Everything was ok, location & quality. It is as showed in web pictures. We had a great family holidays. We will recommend it for sure.

The location near to the center and close to an underground station. The cleanliness.

Online booking was simple, apartment great, owner and Habitat staff we met were very nice; but Habitat did not keep to their agreed booking-in and booking-out times. We arrived from UK on time but they were hours late, thought the owner/Habitat did pay to keep out taxi waiting! Sort this out and all would be 100% Would definitely recommend Cobi apartment at Tetuan.//comment from Habitat: We are sorry for the misunderstanding and problems with checking in into the apartment, this should not happen and we will definitely find out where the problem was and avoid it in the future.

Location: Easy to find and within walking distance of nearly anyplace. The apartment overlooks a nice little park. There is some street noise with the windows open, to be expected in a city. Communication: Emails were answered quickly and all necessary information was provided. People: Both the girl who met us to check us in and Sergio were just wonderful. Nice, helpful, just delightful people to deal with. Apartment: Bedrooms were lovely. Kitchen was fully equipped. Everything was clean and in good order. I highly recommend this apartment, the warmth of Sergio and his team, and the wonderful city of Barcelona.

Beautiful, comfortable, well designed apartment - Good area and good restaurant next door - 'Harrisons'. In front bedrooms you can hear some street noise. It would be good to have some information in the apartment about local facilities such as restaurants.
