The apartement was perfectly, new and very clean. Evevrything run ok, from the check-in to the check-out. Cet appartement est parfait pour 5 personnes meme si nous étions que 2, il est très propre, pratique, très bien placé géographiquement, le rooftop et le balcon sont un vrai plus. La literie est d’excellente qualité, nous avons été agréablement surpris d’ailleurs nous avons super bien dormis un pur bonheur. La climatisation de l’appartement est exceptionnel, elle nous a sauver la vie tout au long du séjour avec les grandes chaleurs. Je recommande fortement cet appartement.

We enjoyed our staying in habitat apartment cool jazz - Barcelona. The apartment is very clean, modern, had everything you would need & up to the standards. Location wise was awesome with a walking distance to the Sagrada Família, plenty of restaurants & cafes around . The metro was a 2 min walk from the apartment. The service & welcoming of the reception was great!! We really enjoyed our stay at Cool Jazz. The apartment is located in a great area, which seemed central to the areas we explored. Location made it easy to get around the city. Loved having the option to fix a few meals at the apartment when we were too tired to go out and having access to a washer/dryer. Felt like home. Literally could not rate this apartment better. The host (Gabriel), greeted us very warmingly. Being two separate groups on two different flights would usually be an issue in a lot of places but not Jazz apartments where the host was exceedingly helpful in this situation. Once getting into the apartment it was even better than expected. Perfect for the 5 of us with plenty of space. But the real sell point for this apartment was the communal roof terrace. The Cool Jazz 63 Apartment was a home away from home the features were excellent very clean excellent Habital staff

Muy bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila pero a pasos de bares y restaurantes. Muy cerca de Sagrada Familia. El departamento tiene todo lo que se necesita y de buena calidad. El personal es súper amable.

Everything was fine. Nice and clean appartment. Just a few steps to the underground station and near the sagrada familia.

This is a great place to stay in Barcelona. Perfect location, very clean and the attendant is very friendly and gentle. Simply amazing. I strongly recomend.

Excellent apartment in a good location for the Sagrada Familia and the beautiful Hospital de Saint Pau. Good service when we arrived. Very comfortable apartment for the 3 of us. Would highly recommend.

Convenient location with buses, metro station, supermarkets, bakery and restaurants nearby. Good value for an apartment with modern furnishing and everything functioning well. Check-in and check-out procedures were smooth and efficient. Bedroom heating was slightly insufficient. My only minor concern is, wish there were 1 extra mirror in the apartment, perhaps in the master bedroom or by the entrance.

Me and my friends enjoyed a wonderful stay in this apartment. Would highly recommend. We felt it was extremely good value for money in a very convenient area, a stones throw from the metro station. Very well equipped, cleaned well before our stay and the speed of the maintainance was outstanding. Will be returning!

Good-sized apartment, nice style and decor, nice comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and I really liked the living room and balcony. Could be better in terms of cleanliness. I was not pleasantly surprised to find my towels were not clean. Thank you for bringing new towels upon my request.

Well appointed apartment close to metro and easy walking to Sagrada Familia. We liked shower, mattress and coffee machine.

Apartment really cool!

Nice and well equipped apartment located on the 6th Floor (very close to the metro station).The beds very comfortable, however the sofa bed in the living room was hard to fold it (that needs to be repaired). A big plus of this apartment is the washing machine/dryer (if you stay there for more than 5 days it is good to wash your clothes towels and so on!). My suggestion for the owner is to provide extra mirror in the corridor and in the smaller bedroom. In general - we really enjoyed the stay!:)

Had a wonderful stay at your appartment. Location was good, the appartment was very clean and we had a good pickup. 2 things I didn't like: that I had to pay 20 EUR for a check in after 9 P.M. and that the shower didn't always worked. There was hot water but sometimes it changed into water whilst showering. Habitat apartments: Dear Dirk, we are satisfied to see that you enjoyed your stay with us.
