Cancellation

For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:

A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card

500 € bills not accepted.
Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit : Cash and credit card

A damage deposit of 150 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.
500 € bills not accepted.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 11:00

Early check-in is possible from 07:00 and there is an extra charge of 20 € (subject to availability).
For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.

Check-out : Before 11:00

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.

The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.

The Eixample Apartments are located in Consell de Cent St with Enric Granados Street, in the heart of the Eixample Area.
The apartment is three blocks away from Passeig de Gracia, the city's most prestigious shopping street and home to two of Barcelona’s architectural gems: La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, both by Antoni Gaudi and also two blocks from Rambla Catalunya, the elegant continuation of the famous Las Ramblas.

Next to the apartment you´ll find many interesting restaurants in Aribau Street and Rambla Catalunya

Appartement très bien situé, bien agencé, joli, patrique et confortable, un tout petit bemol pour les ustensiles de cuisine (insuffisant) bon accueil très bon séjour.

The apartment is pleasant, comfortable, well equipped and very well located. Alberto who met us for check in was very professional and efficient.

The apartment was very nice (although a bit small for 6 of us). The beds were quite hard, but the location was very good and the unit was very nicely decorated and clean. Alberto, the gentleman who met us when we arrived, was very nice and helped answer all of our questions and guided us on the neighborhood and transportation options. We stayed at other apartments in Spain, and this was definitely one of the good ones. Thanks, Virginia
