Beautify apartment, so glad we chose this apartment so we live like a local in Barcelona. The empanada in the Cafe downstair is so good that we ate almost daily, and freshly squeeze orange juice is live saver for travelers. Just that a bit hard on communication - u can only email the hotel apartment stuff via email. Due to timezone difference that would mean one day behind. I was not able to obtain their contact phone until one day before checkin. After that no issue on communication on phone. This is a lovely apartment in a convenient area of town. There are many restaurants and sights to see nearby. The apartment is well appointed and clean, in a safe area. Great location and the apartment accommodated our needs sufficiently. Jordi was the host that met us at the apartment on time and was incredibly helpful with explaining how thins worked, the neighborhood and had several suggestions on "local" restaurants. He was also very responsive, especially when using the "Whats App" app. The apartment was comfortable, but a bit tired looking and there was construction going on in the building at the time of our stay so the noise was a distraction. We rented Grace 3 and Grace 1 apartments for 13 people. Fabulous apartments, stylish clean and spacious, Great communication and link up with a transfer company.
