This magnificent & modern apartment, refurbished in 2022, can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms; 3 with double bed and bathroom (one also has a balcony) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.

Grace 4 apartment, with beautiful traditional tile flooring & cornice ceilings, offers a functional and fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 8 people, a comfortable bright living room with balconies, 4 bathrooms, and a mini gym in case you might want to keep fit during your stay in Barcelona.

Important:
- This apartment is recommended for families.
- Parties in the apartment are strictly not permitted.
- It is very important to respect the noise level (people, music) during the whole stay.

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Cash and credit card
  • A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 21:00
  • For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
  • For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
