Guitard apartment is a very comfortable apartment to stay in, the location is close to any kind of transportation, L'illa mall is 10 min walk. The area is rather quiet and secured. The building is cleaned internally. The apartment is soundproof - no disturbing neighbors. The kitchen is occupied with all kinds of necessities (a very good dishwasher).

Great location, clean and tidy, quiet, well equipped and functional. Very comfortable apartment, 2 separate bedrooms, a sitting room, kitchen and all necessary amenities for our family of 4, very close to a metro station, walking distance from Plaça Espanya, a lively place with shopping facilities, a museum of arts, a pleasant garden with waterfalls and fountains. The staff we met on the first day was very helpful. Ontvangst beetje omslachtig. Gearriveerd 20.30 zondag. Moesten bellen. Hadden verschillende nrs en er werd pas opgenomen na 5 min. Hebben 2x 15 min staan wachten. Vonden sleutels niet, wist de code niet meer. Mooi en net appartement. Gezin met 2 kleine kinderen. 2 leuke en moderne slaapkamers. Goede bedden. We hebben goed geslapen!! Goed voorziene keuken. We hadden zo goed als alles ter plaatse. Badkamer zeer netjes. Handdoeken waren voorzien! Douchecel, handzeep ter plaatse. Fabulous comfortable apartment in a quiet area of town. Les Corts is an ideal location in Barcelona and this apartment ticks the boxes. Easy check in and out with everything you need provided. Good internet, cleaned to a high standard, with the exception of some cups but these were from a previous tennant, the provided dishwasher quickly sorted these. Not many negatives at all. Weather was quite poor when we stayed, the down pipe for roof water must run beside the main bedroom noisy at night.- Habitat Apartments reply: For us it is gratifying to know that your stay was excellent, thank you very much.

The apartment was well equipped with bath toiletries and kitchen essentials. We forgot our conversion plugs so it would have been helpful for them to be provided with the keys. The neighborhood area was good; we walked to most attractions and eateries. Mattresses and pillows were firm and the air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. We enjoyed our stay.

Spent two weeks in Barcelona for medical treatment. Good apartment , only two of us so plenty of space. We Made a lot of use of the kitchen - eating in every evening and the laundry room. No tumble dryer but clothing dries really quickly in the apartment. Location was fine for us but is a bus or metro journey to most attractions however transport is cheap, easy and regular and close by. Lots of supermarkets nearby. Broken light quickly fixed. Would stay again.

This Barcelona Apartment is a new edition to our selection. It is located in Les Cors neighbourhood, 20 minutes from Plaza Catalunya by public transportation. This is a good choice if you want to be away from the crowds of tourists that populate more central areas.
