Limpio, completamente equipado, muy bien situado y cerca,muchos parking. Tener qué dejar un valor en consignación por posibles daños que seria devuelto 14 días después a mi tarjeta. No me parece razonable. De resto todo perfecto!! HA: gracias por su cometnario, es una fianza obligatoria para todo el mundo, lamentamos que no le parezca bien.

Très bel appartement dans l'ensemble, très confortable et bien placé ! Le personnel est accueillant. Les seuls défauts sont l'isolation qui est limite, la porte de douche dans un sale état et il manquait quelques ustensiles de cuisine.

Fantastic stay at Habitat Apartments. I was looking for a quiet place for me and my family to stay while we were renovating our usual home in Barcelona. We really appreciated the warm welcome we received and the nice details they left for us in the apartment. The high speed internet was key for me as work from home (that was guaranteed from the very beginning by HA). Very nice apartment, functional with clean and design furnitures. I appreciated the comfortable living room, the spacious bathroom and the rooftop. I least liked the beds that were not comfortable enough for me. We were quickly well received by Gabriel, the representative. The location is perfect, next to the Sagrada Família and close to a metro station. You can go anywhere in Barcelona in 15-20 minutes. The apartment was excellent. Location also amazing. Guillermina very nice excellent customer service and helpful. The only things i would love more if toilet paper , hang towel or papel towel for the kitchen. They were also fruits flies when we arrived. But over all excellent and will be back..

The apartment was clean and tidy. we had everything we needed and the location was excellent! Very close to the metro and walking distance from the Sagrada Familia. When we turned to reception, there was a woman named Anni Amargós who helped us a lot and was lovely.

Habitat apartment was a great choice during our stay in Barcelona by the new year . Convenient location close to the Dos De Maig metro station. You can move easily and quick throughout Barcelona from the apartment. Quiet and safe area of the city and the apartmentsbare full equipped, You won't miss anything of the basic stuff you need. Excellent apartment, very clean and have all the accessories family need. 2 minutes near metro station and 24/7 super market. Looks like new new new I'll recommend it to everyone
