Description

Lugaris Home Premium apartment is a luminous apartment located in the Poblenou quarter on the coast of Barcelona, 5 minutes walk to the beach. The apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, a living room and a well-equipped kitchen. This is a perfect choice for families or small groups.

Services available at extra cost:   

    - Cleaning pack (6 euro)
    - Parking available in the building (15 euro / day)
    - Capsules for Nespresso machine (6 euro / 10 capsules)

Please note: 

- Payments by credit card only (cash not accepted).

- Reservations for hen or stag parties will not be accepted. The booking will be cancelled and any prepayment will not be reimbursed.

- Reservations for under 25 year olds will not be accepted only if accompanied by over 25 year olds.

 

COVID-19 prevention

Great service. They were always available when we needed. We checked in late at night and someone was waiting for us. Location of the apartment is just on Rambla de Poblenou, a pedestrian walkway with many shops, restaurants, etc. / When we arrived on February 2016, Google Street View was outdated and we found a better neighbourhoud than expected. With a baby stroller, it was super easy to access the apartment through lift and the street is very wide to access anything with stroller.

sehr gut gelegen, nur 400 m vom Strand entfernt, gute Verkehrsanbindungen (Autobahn, Metro, Bus...), saubere Wohnung, freundlicher Empfang, empfehlenswert negativ: bei unserem Aufenthalt Baustelle vor der Wohnung (ist inzwischen abgeschlossen),

Conditions

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Credit card
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Credit card
  • A damage deposit of 200 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 00:00
  • For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
