Description

The Ninot apartment is located on the 7th floor giving it plenty of light. It is a very quiet apartment as it is not located towards the street but overlooking a large courtyard.

It offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms making it very confortable for 5 people. Perfect for a family

Het was een fijn en goed verzorgd appartement. Volledige inrichting, indien wij weer naar Barcelona gaan proberen wij dit weer te boeken.

8.0 Wouter - 

The apartment is quite close to metro station and one local market. There are also supermarkets nearby. We liked the internal heating system which is also quite good! One thing could be improved is that it seems that the room was cleaned after last guest leave instead of before our arrival. Anna is quite nice and helped to find WiFi password during evening. Conditions

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 22.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
Deposit : Cash
  • A damage deposit of 250 € in cash will be required.
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00
  • For check-in from 20:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
  • For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
  • Early check-out is possible from 00:00 and there is an extra charge of 50 €.
  • Early check-out is possible from 06:00 and there is an extra charge of 30 €.

Additional information

City tax : 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
  • The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
  • The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
