The Sidé are the ideal place to experience the true atmosphere of Barcelona, their perfect location will allow you to explore the labyrinth of ancient and narrow streets, all of them surrounded by shops and characteristic cafes of the city.

A working space exquisitely built. It has a double bedroom and a fully equipped bathroom. A living area with all the conveniences, a kitchen with all the equipment and appliances, and a dining table for four people. The hardwood floors and wood paneling provide a traditional touch that will be undoubtedly enjoyed

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Final cleaning: 90 EUR
- Weekly cleaning not included. Extra cleaning services can be arranged.

IMPORTANT ABOUT THE DEPOSIT IN CASE OF DAMAGE:
- 1 month stay: 50% of the month
- Stay from 2 to 4 months: 1 month
- 5+ months of stay: 2 months

Consumption are NOT INCLUDED in the rental. The approximate cost of consumption is 300 euros/month.

A study place for vacation use.

Note: A rental contract is mandatory to be signed before the check-in.

Cancellation

For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:

A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card

500 € bills not accepted.
Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit : Cash and credit card

A damage deposit of 1750 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 21:00

For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.

Check-out : Before 11:00

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Location of this apartment in Barcelona

El Born is currently the trendy neighborhood in Barcelona. A place characterized by its labyrinth of charming alleys.
The Santa María del Mar church is the most impressive point of interest in the area; located in a beautiful square, it is surrounded by tapas and wine bars. Behind the church, the main street of the area, the Paseo del Born, extends, also surrounded by cozy bars and restaurants that offer a rich and wide variety of international cuisine.
On Calle Montcada, before reaching the Picasso Museum, is located El Xampanyet, one of the best cava bars in the entire city. The area borders the Gothic Quarter and the port, both a 15-minute walk from the Cathedral and the Ramblas. Near the Born is the spectacular Palau de la Música, a concert hall designed by the architect Domenech i Montaner.
To the east of Born is the Parc de la Ciutadella, the ideal place to take a break and rest under the shade of a tree.
