Large and Spacious four-bedroom apartment in the Eixample area of Barcelona, close to Arc De Triomf.
With four double bedrooms; two with a double bed each, and the other with two single beds each. There's one complete bathroom with a toilet and shower, another separate shower area, and another separate toilet area. The apartment is very spacious and has lots of lights and nice balconies. It is a perfect option to enjoy Barcelona with your loved ones.
The kitchen is well equipped and has all the necessities for cooking and baking during your stay with us, in addition to a very large dining table.

Very nice, large appartment i the centre of the city. Close to metro and most must sees. Good restaurants, breakfast places or coffee bars within a few minutes. Good airco. Very nice place for a large family of group of friends.

god lejlighed, stor nok til os ( vi var 5) køkken er dog noget smal så man kan ikke være mange ude i køkken på en gang, gode senge.
man skal være obs på når man har tændt for air conditions at der kan dryppe vand fra dem, når de har kørt i et stykke tid

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 7 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Advance payment
- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
