A great base from which to visit Barcelona with transport links nearby, a pleasant family neighbourhood with many shops, cafés & restaurants.
IMPORTANT:
Parties are strictly not allowed. It is very important to respect the noise level (people and music) during the whole stay.

The location of the apartment is fantastic and the management company contact was extremely responsive. The room, living room, and closets were decent; kitchen and beds very small. rooms didn’t have dedicated AC and both rooms had to share the unit outside both rooms and doors had to be left open; with very squeaky beds. Taking showers between four people was also inconvenient as we would run out of hot water within minutes. Overall positive experience but overpriced place for the value

Well located easy access to subway. Apartment is nice, has all the accommodations needed. Quiet sleeping. Bedrooms are all twin beds, shower leaks all over and lacks enough hot water for 2 consecutive showers.

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
