nice apartment location good for train station

Great location and quick check in. Apartment was clean. Kitchen had basic equipment.

We very liked the apartment. Very good location, near Plaza Espanya, 20 meters from metro, 30 meters from market, and also from supermarket. Restaurants in the area. Also about 700 meters from train station. We liked the facilities in the apartment. Good accomodation! We had problems with getting into apartament and after few phone calls and 2 hours later we got in. The apartment was very modern and clean besides the floors that were still a little dirty. But overall it was a beautiful apartment and we loved the balconies! It is in a great location right next to a metro stop. I felt very safe in the area where the apartment was located. Concerning the amenities I would say that a few more large towels and more toilet paper would have been nice but those are minor issues. Sito was amazing and stayed up late to wait for us to check in.

great apartments. there is a coffee maker, juicer, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine (unfortunately there is no dryer) Excellent location right next to the metro and the square of Spain. I would love to stay here again.

Отличные апартаменты по приемлемой стоимости возле площади Испании. Оборудованы всем необходимым, все работает. Рядом рынок, много магазинов, кафе.

nice clean apartment. People were kind and professional approach.

(+) Very clean. Well equipped. The settee-bed is comfortable. Lots of plugs. WI-FI works with no problem. (-) The stairs to access to the lift are very narrow and, if you wear luggage, you have to climb them using your force. If you open the window, the street noise enters.

The apartment was lovely - very clean, spacious, well-equipped and modern. It was near the city-centre, with great travel links to museums and the beach, and an excellent Tapas restaurant and market-place right near. I would definitely highly recommend these apartments. NB: Make sure your actual arrival time is very clear in emails, as ours was misunderstood, which meant the Rep had to wait several hours for us to get there and we were charged for the extra time.

Apartamento tiene un mercado l y una parada a 10 metros del portal(servicios excelentes) Cosas a mejorar tetera no se apaga cuando se calienta y la cazuela no tiene aislante en el asa.A los dos se les calienta las asas de manera peligrosa Habitat comments: Muchas gracias por sus comentarios y sugerencias, lo tomaremos en cuenta para las próximas estancias. El apartamento es agradable y acogedor, bien localizado, aunque el acceso al mismo no resulta del todo cómodo puesto que al llegar al portal hay una pequeña puerta de entrada (la del portal) y justo desde el principio arranca una escalera empinada que permite casi una planta más arriba, coger el ascensor (hay que subir una planta entera cargado con las maletas); en el baño había restos de una fuga de agua que no habia sido correctamente limpiada. Fantastic apartment, clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Myself and three friends stayed in a two bed apartment in Barcelona, and it was the best place we could have stayed. The location and views were perfect, plus the value of our stay was well worth it. I would recommend Habitat apartments to anyone looking for an easy stay in a modern, sweet apartment.

Lovely flat, very well equipied, very good situation very closed to Plazza del Espana. Two négative points, very noisy (metro), but we slept very well despite the noise. The man who welcomed us wasn't smily, We arrived quite late, and I think that he wasn't very happy to be disturbed...Habitat comments: We appreciate your feedback concerning your stay, it´s our pleasure to know that you liked the apartment.
