We really enjoyed staying in Alaia 41apartaments. The location was perfect. Also apartments were clean and everything you need was there.

Great place to explore the city from.

This apartment is in the perfect central location, the check-in process was easy and quick, and the apartment was clean. The only downside is the front door to the building is elevated so you’ll have to step over the elevation to get into the building and the elevator is very small so if you have a lot of luggage or people, you will have to make multiple trips. The apartment was very well suited for three of us attending Mobile World Congress. The location made it extremely convenient to attend both conference and social events around the city. The apartment provided the kitchen and living room accommodations to comfortably meet our minimal needs. The one complaint we had was that the lack of heating (which admittedly was noted in the website description) could have easily been mitigated had the host provided adequate extra blankets or space heaters. Great apartment in a great location. The apartment was spacious for our family of 5 and met all of our needs. There were plenty of local cafes and restaurants all around along with some good shopping. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. We arrived to your apartment around 4.30pm on a Friday evening. A family of 5, 3 children (9,7,5) & 2 adults. All the communication you sent was wonderful & very timely. It had all the information we needed & was very clear. Collecting the keys & entering the apt was so easy. It was perfect. Our location was perfect, central to everything we needed : The bus tour, the metro, supermarkets, coffee shops, clothing shops, restaurants. We even had a sneaky 4th floor view of Sagreda Familia. Everything in this property was excellent. This is a very beautiful 3 bedroom apartment minutes away from La Pedreira. The apartment was immaculately clean and the appliances were brand new. Superb apartment, in an excellent location. Walkable distance of City centre. Wonderful restaurants close to hand, many Supermarkets and the most tasty croissants and pastries for breakfast! Spacious for 4 adults. Showers at the apartment were hot, air-conditioning was a god-send; amazing views down towards Sagrada Familia from balcony. Great service from Habitat Apartments - every request replied to asap. Book - you won't be disappointed!

The apartment was beautiful and looked exactly as pictured on the website. It was a great location and easy to walk to nearby cafes, shopping, taxis and a metro stop. Apartment was clean and well supplied. We had to spend time figuring out the thermostat but finally understood it. The noise was not bad. There was a squeaky fan on the top floor which went until midnight but finally stopped. The hot water in the showers ran out quickly. There were two units in the closet nut only 1 appeared to be working. There were several missing or burned out light bulbs. A great apartment, very comfortable and spacious. Comfy beds after long days exploring Barcelona. A great location too for all major sights plus lots of local bars and restaurants. fabulous location. Very clear, well presented apartment with lots of room for our part of 4 adults and 1 child.
