The difficulty in accessing the apartment on arrival late at night was not a good start. We would think twice before booking again because of this. A beautiful apartment in a great location! Close to the metro station which allowed us to travel all around the city. Beautifully furnished and very clean! Great facilities and very well equipped. Only problem was the lift was broken when we arrived therefore we had to carry all our luggage up to the 4th floor and it was then temperamental throughout our stay. However overall it was amazing and I would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting somewhere to stay in Barcelona. Thank you HA: Thank you very much for your comments. Lovely apartment and very near to centre. Had everything you could wish for and lots of shops, cafes and bars nearby. The apartment was excellent - large and spacious. Just a 15-minute walk from Place Catalunya. Great value for money. The stay was as good as expected, the apartment was clean on arrival and your representative helpful. The facilities all worked perfectly however on one chilly evening we could have done with heating but didn't spoil the stay. We would have benefited from a second set of keys, as with previous stay as we were a three adult group. We found the location perfect for what we wanted to do in Barcelona, accessible to all the city amenities.

Apartment was nice and clean and well located. Rooms have air conditioning which was necessary as very hot when we were in Barcelona. Couple of issues with the apartment were that air conditioner in master bedroom leaked. Also reported to management a constant buzz sound coming from above the entrance, which needs attending to as kept us up during the night.

The apartment was in a good central location that made it a great base for our holiday in Barcelona. There were many good amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, bars etc.) close by. The apartment was what we were expecting, although it could have been cleaned better (dust under beds, sofas and some crumbs under sofa cushions). The bathroom could benefit from a refurbishment / spruce up). We did contact Habitat during our stay and the response and service they provided was prompt and helpful.

Only the pick-up of the key should be a bit more explained. Giving an arrival time when traveling by plane is not easy.

The apartment looked out onto a beautiful street. The neighborhood was superb. The apartment itself is lovely, but the Ikea decor is rather cold. And because the heater did not really work, that made it seem even colder!

Nice apartment in a good location, about half an hours walk from most of the main tourist attractions.

The apartment was in a fantastic location and great value for the quality of the accommodation and location. The check-in process was straight-forward and the apartment was in great condition, with everything we needed in it for the weekend. Would recommend.

Generally happy with accommodation however I reported an intermittent loud buzzing when using the air conditioning which was not resolved and no communication received during stay as to this issue. Shower fitting and towel rails loose. Good e-mail communication prior to holiday and good liaison with booking airport transfer.
