Large apartment in two sections, large kitchen and comfortable rooms. A twelve minutes walk from the Sagrada to take the City tour buses. Breakfast facilities in the neighborhood. A Spar shop around the corner. We had a nice stay here and the representative was also helpful.

Lovely apartment, well situated and very grand. We stayed here with another family and all really enjoyed it. I would definitely go back there and highly recommend. The only points I'd make to the owners are that neither coffee machine worked and the main light in one of the bedrooms was out. What an unbelievable apartment. It was unbelievable. I have stayed in dozens of Airbnb sites. This is above an beyond anything we have ever stayed in. David, the young man who met us, took the time to help us sort through some tourist sites. The Barcelona Premium apartment was perfect for our family vacation in Barcelona. It provided plenty of room for our family of 4 (2 adults & 2 teenage boys), excellent amenities, and the balconies overlooking the street below provided the perfect location to start and end our days. It was centrally located, only 6-8 blocks in either direction to La Sagrada Familia or Las Ramblas, but was in a less touristy area itself. There were many restaurants and shops near the apartment as well.

Great apartment. Well maintained, good location. We were there 7 days. As for amenities (soap, garbage bags, diswashing soap..) bare minimum. I would have expected more since we were there for 7 days. Taking the apartment when arriving was a bit confusing. Our plane was late one hour due to wheather. As soon as I landed I called to let them know. They told us that we would have the apartment at 3 the afternoon instead of 12. At the end it was at 6h30 in the afternoon.....

Great apartment; very quiet. We found the apartment to be spacious, well-lit, impeccably clean. The particular one we had does not face the street, so street noise is minimal. Well-situated for walking to many locations, or easily getting on Metro. The view, onto other buildings, is not that attractive, but we just kept the blinds pulled. And they're the type of blinds that light comes through, so it wasn't dark at all. The host provided us with a map upon arrival.

Lovely apartment, great location! We enjoyed our stay and appreciate how comfortable and well furnished the suite is - so much better than staying in a hotel as we could make coffee and breakfast in the morning, relax in the living room, and easily access the many restaurants in the neighbourhood. Gorgeous apartment with excellent aircon, lovely bathroom and comfy beds, and it's only a couple of blocks from a pick up point for the tourist buses. We would highly recommend it.

Wir waren als 4-köpfige Familie eine Woche im Appartement "Classic" - ein Volltreffer. Die Lage dieses schönen Altbaus in Eixample kann besser kaum sein: 30 Meter von der Haustür entfernt ist eine Bushaltestelle mit mehreren Linien, an der man nie länger als 5 min wartet - wobei man die Busse oft nicht braucht. Ein Spaziergang etwa zum Plaza Catalunya dauert nur 20 Minuten, wenn man nicht gerade in den Geschäften und Restaurants auf der Strecke hängenbleibt. Mit Ehefrau und Töchtern dauert's deshalb länger ;-). Einkaufsläden, Restaurants und eine Bank hat man aber auch in unmittelbarer Umgebung des Hauses. Der Strand ist ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt, die sind wir auch mal mit dem Taxi gefahren, die wir in Hausnähe abgefangen haben. Die Wohnung im obersten Stockwerk ist sehr geschmackvoll, modern (barcelona-stylish) und hell eingerichtet. Alles neu und sauber. Es war auch alles da, was man so braucht (inklusiver richtig bequemer Betten; da haben wir schon ganz anderes erlebt), weshalb wir uns wirklich zu Hause gefühlt haben. Sogar ausschlafen konnten wir, weil die Wohnung "leise" ist, obwohl sie zur Straße rausgeht (hochwertige Fenster). Das Schönste für meine Frau war das große, schicke Bad. So eins will sie jetzt auch zu Hause :-( Für mich war's die Entspannung auf dem kleinen Balkon (mit Blick auf verzierte Hausfassaden und einem After-Beach-Bier an den Lippen) und für die Kinder das deutsche TV-Programm abends vor der Tapas-Tour. Kurzum: (Empfangs-)Service und Flair top, Preis-Leistung stimmte absolut. Abreisen fiel schwer. Wir kommen wieder.

Ein wunderschönes Apartment, zentral in Eixample gelegen, 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Haupteinkaufsstrasse Passeig de Gracia und den Gaudi-Häusern gelegen. Sehr hochwertig renovierter Altbau mit heller Loggia. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns dort 4 Tage sehr wohlgefühlt.

All rooms in excellent condition as the apartment is just a year old. I particularly loved the beds with very good matrasses allowing for a good sleep. Another highlight: the little balconies overlooking the street and some roof tops from high above. Wonderful to have a glass of wine when the sun sets. The area (Eixample right) is very nice – lots of shops and restaurants but not too loud and noisy. Paseo de Gracia and the Gracia district (excellent for night life) are just a stroll away. We will be back!

We have four of us in the apartment very, very well. The apartment has been very tastefully renovated. The existing technical equipment all working properly. The windows facing the street are absolutely noise-proof. The location is ideal (10 minutes to the subway, bus stops to the center front of the door, many shops, many entertainment options). Highly recommended!

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung, die wir für ein paar Tage zu viert gemietet hatten. Die Beschreibung im Internet entspricht exakt der Realität - die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich. Besonderes Highlight ist das riesige Wohnzimmer mit angeschlossener Galerie, in der es sich wunderbare frühstücken lässt. Toller Ausblick in den großen Innenhof, der mehrere Hundert Meter breit ist. Die Schlafräume liegen alle nach hinten und sind daher sehr ruhig gelegen. Klasse auch die große Küche, in der es sich super kochen und durch den großen Tisch auch essen lässt. Eixample Dreita ist sehr schön von der Architektur her, hat viele Restaurants, ist aber nicht so laut und touristisch wie andere Teile von Barcelona (z.B. die Altstadt). Trotzdem ist alles in der Nähe. Der optimale Ort also, um sich auszuruhen und ganz viel zu sehen! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder...

We are very pleased with our stay at the apartment. It was better then in the online photos and the size was more then we expected. The apartment was clean, everything was functional, and the location cannot be beat.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dieser komfortablen Wohnung (Apartment A) mit stilvollem Design und hochwertiger Ausstattung. Es war alles so gut wie in der Beschreibung, in Realität sind die Stuckdecken und Bodenfliesen noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Die gesamte Möblierung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Insbesondere hat uns auch das geräumige luxuriöse Badezimmer gefallen. Durch die Lage der Wohnung im obersten Stockwerk und nach Süden ist sie hell und sonnig. Das Wohnviertel ist gepflegt mit einer Vielzahl schöner Häuser gebaut um die 1900, die schönsten Gebäude von Gaudi und Architekten des Modernisme sind fußläufig in 15 min zu erreichen. Von den Bushaltestellen in der Nähe gelangt man schnell zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch zum Port Olimpic und den Stränden. In der näheren Umgebung sind viele Bäckereien, Cafes, Tapas-Lokale – insbes. die Bar Mut zwei Straßen weiter in Pau Claris 192 ist super (vorher reservieren, ist immer voll). Die Wohnung und Barcelona haben uns prima gefallen, wir wollen nächstes Jahr wiederkommen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber und für vier Personen absolut ausreichend. Waren mit unseren zwei Kindern dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kochen auch mal gerne selbst im Urlaub und dafür ist die Küche recht gut ausgestattet. Sehr schön war das kleine Willkommenspaket, in dem sich so essentielle Dinge wie Kaffee, Zucker, Salz und Olivenöl befanden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, zwei Metrostationen befinden sich jeweils ca. Fünf Gehminuten entfernt und vor dem Haus fährt ein Bus bis an den Strand. Diese Lage bedeutet jedoch auch den einzigen Nachteil, den wir an diesem Apartment finden konnten: Der Verkehr auf der Straße ist im großen Schlafzimmer doch recht laut zu hören. Direkt an der Ecke befindet sich ein netter Tapas-Laden, um die Ecke ein kleiner Supermarkt mit gutem Angebot und an der nächsten Straßenecke eine Bäckerei. Zwei Straßen weiter haben wir einen guten Italiener ausfindig gemacht. Die Anreise vom Flughafen Girona war denkbar einfach. Direkt nach der Landung warten rechts neben dem Terminal die Busse Richtung Barcelona. Hin und zurück 26 Euro pro Person. Wenn ein Bus voll ist, geht es los an die Estacio Del Nord, von wo aus es mit dem Taxi noch etwa 8 Minuten bis zur Wohnung sind. Alles in allem hat uns der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen, Barcelona ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir hatten das Appartment B für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Barcelona zu viert gebucht. Alle Zimmer sind sehr hell bedingt durch die großen Fenster der Gallerie. Das Appartment ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet und alle Zimmer waren bei unser sehr sauber, so dass wir uns dort sofort sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Es fehlt einem hier an nichts. Die Wohnung ist auch zentral gelegen, so dass man von hier aus Barcelona zu Fuss erkunden kann. Zusätzlich Bushaltestelle und Leihfahrräder direkt vor der Tür. Ein richtiges Luxusappartment im Herzen von Barcelona. Können wir nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und mit Liebe zum Detail saniert. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist gut und hochwertig ausgestattet und das großzügige Wohnzimmer war herrlich um gemeinsam nach den Beichtigungstouren zu entspannen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und absolut ruhig gelegen, mit einem schönen Blick in den Innenhof. In der direkten Umgebung befinden sich viele nette Restaurants, Bars und kleine Geschäfte für die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs. Nur wenige Meter von der Austür entfernt fährt ein Bus ab, mit dem man ohne Umsteigen direkt mit der ganzen Familie zum wundervollen Stadtstrand fahren kann. Die Tappasbar im Nachbarhaus im Erdgeschoss können wir auch sehr empfehlen. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt liegt einer der wunderschönen alten Blumen- und Lebensmittelmärkte. Auch gibt es mehrer sehr schöne Bäckerreien und Gelegenheiten zum Frühstücken in der Nähe. Dieser Stadtteil trägt zurecht den Namen "Goldenes Viertel" und das Appartment war das krönende Juwel. Wir planen nächstes Jahr wiederzukommen und können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Christina und Tilmann aus Hamburg

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Barcelona in einem traumhaft schönen Altbau, alles kann im Prinzip fussläufig erreicht werden, ansonsten sind Bus- und U-Bahnhaltestellen gleich um die Ecke, genau so wie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Der Zustand ist exzellent, nicht nur ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, sondern die Gastgeber haben an alles gedacht, was der Urlauber während seines Aufenthalts brauchen könnte. Hinzu kommt die unglaublich schöne Einrichtung, mit viel Liebe zum Detail wurde eine Oase des Wohlbefindens kreiert, im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Ferienwohnungen hält man sich hier gerne auf und kommt nicht nur zum schlafen nach Hause. Für eine Städtetour nach Barcelona kann man keine bessere Unterkunft finden, stilvoll, gemütlich, optimal gelegen, rundum perfekt.

Das Ambiente vor Ort übertrifft den bereits hervorragenden Eindruck, den die Bilder vermitteln. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet und in perfektem Zustand bei Übergabe. In direkter Umgebung befinden sich viele Cafés und Restaurants. Optimal als Ausgangspunkt für Stadtbesichtigungen oder einfach nur zum Genießen der südländischen Lebensart. Ein Geheimtipp für Menschen mit einem Faible für anspruchsvolles Lifestyle und Wohndesign

This has just been renovated and matched the stylish furniture perfectly color to the wonderful, old tiles. Each room features antique stucco ceilings. The kitchen is well equipped and there is enough storage space available. The location is central, but quiet because of the well-insulated windows. Diagonally opposite the house there is a bus stop. Taxis can be stopped at any time outside the house. The nearest subway station is on Passieg de Gracia, the main shopping street, which is only three blocks away. In the immediate vicinity are small supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would book the apartment immediately.

The nearest underground station is located on Passeig de Gracia, the main shopping street, which is only 3 blocks away. In the immediate vicinity are several small supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants. We have enjoyed the stay and would love to come to the apartment to Barcelona back.
