We absolutely loved this apartment. It was in a perfect location and was so spacious. Couple things to note, when we arrived, the apartment was not cleaned yet (only half was done) and we were over an hour past the time originally agreed upon. We had to shuffle to one side of the apartment while the cleaner finished. Also, the are several pans in the apartment that after about an hour realized, they are NOT the correct pans for induction cook top. Habitat apartments: we are glad to know that you had a good stay in our apartment. We regret the delay in cleaning.

Overall the appartment was very nice. It was really big. And everything you need is there. Some litlle things of attention are; * quality of the beds, Some beds have a creaking sound and the mattresses have sagged a bit. *The walls are not really clean, a litlle afford to paint them again, looks a lot fresher. *The corners in the bathrooms and shower cubicles are not clean. *The sun cloth is completely worn out on the terrace. * The pillows are very thick, maybe some extra softer pillows. Great apartment, solid communication, and location could not better. Kitchens were nice, but a bit limited if folks are trying to cook any gourmet meals. Having the second kitchen was hugely helpful for storage and staging. All in all, great place, very comfortable stay, just wish the weather was warmer so we could have taken advantage to the wonderful terrace! The apartment was amazing, it made the trip to Barcelona so much batter and suited our need perfectly. The only problem was the kitchen equipment, it wasn't really a full kitchen. But overall it was an great trip with rooms for every need, relaxing, eating and just hanging out. And Sito was so fantastic and helped us find the best places to be and where not to go. Apartment was in a great area with stores to eat and get items quick. Close to all major streets for shopping and restaurants. The apartment is in a great location and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and bars. The apartment could have been cleaned better, we found a small packet with some pills in next to the bed side locker and fortunately we were in a group of adults but had this been a family with small children it could have been dangerous. The lamps in the bedrooms were all broken and the terrace wasn't looking its best. Saying all this we would still book again and had a wonderful time. Habitat commenst: Thank you for your feedback. We are going to fix the mentioned problem and we also pay better attention on the cleaning to avoid similar issue in the future. It´s our hope that we can welcome you back soon!

Appartement très bien situé. A côté de la place de catalyuna. Appart très propre / silencieux. Dommage que la forte odeur d'égout soit aussi présente dans l'appartement. Concernant la terrasse, les photos sont très bien prises. En réalité la terrasse est assez petite, il ne faut pas parler fort sinon les voisins se plaignent. Et la terrasse est entourée d'immeuble. Mais elle a le mérite inestimable de pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner dehors, ce qui fait oublier ces désagréments.

Très bel appartement et très bien situé. Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité. Je recommande fortement.

Overall the apartment was great - great location, comfortable beds and couch, bright patio, modern decor, large bathrooms. Here are a few things we wish had been different: 1. One of the bathrooms had a really bad sewer smell 2. The wifi was very weak throughout the apartment 3. The appliances need more instructions. For example, we had a lot of trouble figuring out how to use the oven. 4. There should be a mid-week cleaning service included in the rental price. Perfect location. 2 minutes from plaza cataluna. Quiet neighbourhood. But the soundproof inside the apartment is not very good.

There was eight of us staying for three nights. The apartment had everything you need, the location was brilliant. There is a supermarket right next door. Would definitely stay here again. We had the transfer that was recommended too and from the airport, very reasonable and on time.

The apartment was exactly what I had hoped for. We were four couples and we were all happy with our rooms as they are all similar size. (The first double room doesn't have a chest of drawers which would have been helpful). The apartment is well equipped (could do with 8 of the same wine glasses but not important but easy to remedy). The beds are very comfortable and the apartment is very quiet at night as it is situated at the rear of the building. We will definitely be returning soon!

The apartments were fantastic, exactly as shown on the website. Brilliant location, beds amazingly comfortable, patio huge just what we wanted as there was 8 of us.

Great apartment in central location. Easy to book and efficient meet and greet on arrival. Several issues on arrival late in the evening which were disappointing, no lights on patio, door did not open on one of bedrooms due to faulty handle, sink leaked water. Thankfully Habitat sent maintainance out first thing the next morning and sorted issues out efficiently. Apartment in busy city centre however patio and hard floors could have been cleaner, general cleanliness fine. Would book again. Habitat apartments: Thank you for sharing your experiences. Very clean and good looking Apartment. Good interior. Big bathrooms. Location was great, next to the City Center and supermarkets. Everything was fine and worked well.

A lovely apartment in a fantastic location right in the middle of Barcelona. The apartment was clean and modern and a perfect place to explore the city. There were 9 people in our group and we were a little squashed (one double bed was in the lounge) it would be great for a group of 8 though.

We stayed at the Barcelona Plaza Terrace apartment during marathon weekend to serve as a base for us and it proved to be an excellent choice. The location is perfect, a stones throw from Plaza Catalunya but the apartment was exceptionally quiet and very secure. Really well furnished and presented with everything we needed and with the added bonus of a decent sized terrace area that enabled the children to have a run around! I would definitely stay here again - thoroughly recommended.

Everything was great! Location was PERFECT, close to everything. Check-in was a breeze. The apartment was comfortable and clean. It took a little bit to warm it up in the evenings, but that wasn't too bad and just required throwing on a sweater. Really, a great choice of lodging for the 6 of us on our Barcelona holiday!

Apartment was clean . Perfect location for everything. Air conditioning wotked well. Kitchen had everything we needed for 6 people. The terrace was wonderful to sit out at night. Restaurants and shopping were all around us. Perfect little cafe next door for coffee and pastries. Oir week was perfect.

Location of the apartment was great in the heart of Barcalona. Apartment had good quality electrical appliances but we had difficulty using the washing machine . Towels and bedding very good but furniture quite basic and not enough comfortable seating . T. V. only had Spanish channels no English speaking programmes available we were expecting a greater variety of channels as were in most nights with our grandson. My husband cleaned the terraced area as it had some cigarette ends and dirt lying Habitat comments: Thank you for sharing your opinion. Magnifique appartement, conforme aux photos, emplacement au Top. Par contre, terrasse inutilisable, très bruyante avec le bruit des climatisations des immeubles autour, irrespirable, pas d'air, donc ne prenez pas ce logement pour la terrasse car le vue d es immeubles sont très laide. Par contre, l'appartement est extraordinaire.

Perfect location steps from Catalunya! Central AC works well (it was very hot during our stay.) Apt is as shown in the pics, its spacious, clean, beds are very comfortable, terrific bathrooms/showers. Large terrace has lots of seating, an awning...no view. Only Spanish TV. Wifi excellent indoors, spotty on terrace. Would suggest some cupboard space in the kitchen to store groceries. Apt is utilitarian with every necessity but short on charm. Overall, a great stay in an ideal location.

Wonderful location and safe area

This was a beautiful apartment in the perfect area in Barcelona close the La Ramblas and a 10 min walk from the Gothic quarter. There were seven people in our group, 4 adults and 3 older children. There was plenty of space and a nice big table for us to sit around. The apartment was very clean and our check-in was super quick and easy. I chose this apartment because of the nice big patio, and at the end of the day it was perfect to sit out there and have a glass of wine before dinner.

Great apartment very luxurious for the price. Ideally situated just off Place de Catalunya, everything is on your doorstep. I would stay here every time I stop in Barcelona from now on.

The apartment was ideally situated for both walking and public transport. The beds, linen etc were spotlessly clean as was the flat and the terrace was excellent. Our only problem was the smell of 'bad drains' in the ensuite bathroom. Habitat were contacted and if the promised maintenance person did anything while we were out it wasn't obvious. I would use Habitat again. P.S. Some coat hangers would be useful! / Habitat comments: Thank you for your review. We are sorry about the smell, our maintanance person has been in the apartment but could not fix it immediately, the drain and the smell are now fixed and we would like to apologize for that. Furthermore, we have put some clothes hangers in the apartment (they were not there yet as the apartment is new).

Magnificent apartment superbly restored. The beds are comfortable and incoyablement soundproofing is remarkable. Too bad on the terrace there is the sound of air conditioners. the only small minus (very small) and the lack of machine detected upon check-in and coffee which was never delivered to us / Habitat Comments: Thank you for your testimonial.
