General comments: Overall the apartment met our needs. Great: Fermin was very personable and helpful. Strong WiFi and AC. Refrigerator was very clean. Consider: Shower needed a deep cleaning, clean comforters or provide duvet covers, TV connection wasn’t clear

Lovely apartment, excellent size for a small group of people. Close to the metro and only takes 15 minutes into the city centre. Good amenities nearby such as a small supermarket, bakery etc. Only concern was that the sofa was pretty distressed with a few rip marks. But still usable and comfy. Host was very helpful and was always there to answer any questions. Would definitely return.

Great location for FC Barcelona fans

Appartement très bien équipé, salle de bain un rien petite, mais ce n'est pas dérangeant. Cuisine équipée comme chez soi, il y a même un four et un congélateur. Tout près de la station de métro Santa Eulalia sur la ligne l1. Seul bémol : chambre devant très bruyante car rue fréquentée, derrière un rien plus calme mais je conseille quand même les boule Quies. Je reviendrais les yeux fermés.

The apartment is comfortable and close to the metro into town (it is round the corner from the Nou Camp). We chose it because it is almost impossible to find 2 room flats where both have double beds. Lovely and light, modern furniture and good shower

Very nice and clean apartment with a good location. Good and friendly phoneservice from Habitat Apartments with useful informations when needed. Souse pans in the kitchen were bad and some of the beds were too hard to sleep on. One of the rooms could also use some wall painting. Das Apartment entspricht den Angaben auf der WEB-Seite. Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet und wirkt gepflegt. Die Küchenausstattung ist in Ordnung, jedoch fehlen Weingläser und die Kochtöpfe sind für ein Ceranfeld ungeeignet (sie tanzen auf dem Kochfeld). In unmittelbarer Nähe sind zwei Metro-Stationen und genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Bei der nächsten Buchung hätte ich aber gern das tatsächlich gebuchte Apartment. (zwei fehlerhafte Buchungen sind nicht kundenfreundlich).

The apartment was great, very clean, well equiped and just what was required for our stay. The only negative was that our neighbours above were a little noisey. The location was good for us as it is out of the centre and we made good use of the metro, which we found easy to use and with the T10 ticket was great value. The nearest stations were either Santa Eulalia or Badal.

I stayed in this apartment four nights with my parents and my six month old baby.The apartment is modern, super clean and very bright but at the same time it has really dark blinds so that you can have a good sleep without waking up early with the sunlight. The photos from the website are realistic, which is a plus, and has all the things we needed and in perfect condition. The shower pressure was excellent, the air conditioning was a blessing and it felt like a home, very comfy. Top marks.

Clean and nice apartment in quiet area. The minus is that check in is not possible after 2:00 midnight, as our flight was 4 hours late (so we had to find for that night other accommodation - although we had paid this night). We are sorry that your flight was delayed and you couldn´t check-in earlier, but unfortunately the latest check-in time in our apartments is 02:00 (am). We do hope we can welcome you soon again!

Appartement conforme aux photos sur le site web. Propre et bien décoré. Seul bémol la clim ne fonctionnait pas (séjour semaine du 15 août) et aucun geste commercial n'a été fait... un peu dommage.
