Jazz BCN Apartments building is strategically located in a quiet residential area of Eixample, just 5 minutes from the Sagrada Familia. Recently renovated, each apartment combines stylish and modern furnishing details.

Cool Jazz 42 apartment takes its name from the genre Cool Jazz; soft, thoughtful and quiet musical style. Following this concept, the apartment has been designed to provide an atmosphere of tranquility. As well, it features two pleasant bedrooms, a kitchen open to dining room and a living room with plenty of natural light. It will be the ideal place to enjoy a dream vacation with all services included.

For cancellations within 7 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:

A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card

500 € bills not accepted.
Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit : Cash and credit card

A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 11:00 to 21:00

Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 € (subject to availability).
For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.

Check-out : Before 11:00

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.

The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.

Location of this apartment in Barcelona

The Jazz Apartments are located in a quiet residential area of Eixample but with many cafés, bars and restaurants to choose from nearby. It is 5 minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia, and from Sant Pau Hospital, a gem of the modernist architecture. Plus, the Old Estrella Damm factory is just 500 metres away.

You will find nearby public transportation by metro (San Pau/Dos de Maig station - line 5) and bus, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops and playgrounds.

In 15 minutes you can reach the main centre of the city and be on the Ramblas.

This is a really nice and comfortable place. It is very close to the Sagrada Família and the neighborhood is very nice. Stayed at this apartment for a week in June 2018 with my son. A very nice apartment with all needed to make us feel almost like at home :-) Nice, normal city neighbourhood with not lots of tourists which we liked. Very near to subway station. Clean, nice bedrooms(2), nice bathroom and well equipped kitchen/livingroom. Nice, little balcony. It was also nice to have a washing machine. Very friendly customer service at reception downstairs. Very near Sagrada Famiglia. Recommend!

Nice apartment. Nice shower and large kitchen. The floor was damaged in this apartment due to leakage. Fast repair is needed. Limited space to store clothing.

Fab little apartment with all the facilities we needed for our weekend in Barcelona. Great access to the metro to get to the rest of the city and to and from the airport . would highly recommend.

Apartment was nice as per the photos. Close to tram line, walking distance to La Sagrada Familia. The person who met with us to give us the keys was friendly. Only thing - TV in the lounge was not working and we could not get it to work. We enjoyed our stay there. Habitat comments: Thank you for your kind remarks. We already sent the technician to the apartment to set the TV. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

very good location, 1 min to subway, 1 min to St Paul Hospital, 24h mini market in 2 mins walk, clean flat, bed and pillow are good, u got everything you need in the apartment, very silent and I have good sleep, will stay there again if I go there next time the only complaint : the TV doesn't work, seems all channels have to be paid
