The Market apartments are in a building in the Sant Antoni area (Eixample) and are available for monthly rentals. They have been renovated to provide a comfortable stay, and their location is very comfortable and convenient in a quiet pedestrian street, with excellent transport connections, near the typical Sant Antoni Market, with shops and restaurants around it.
Market A can accommodate up to 6 people, it is described as a bright apartment with a wonderful and comfortable living room with a balcony, as well as being equipped with a dining table for four people. Additionally, it has a fully equipped kitchen, a double room that has a small balcony, two double rooms and two full bathrooms.

Final cleaning fee: 110€.
Weekly cleaning is included and should be arranged in advance.
The charges (water, electricity, internet...) are included in the rental price of up to 200€ per month. Excess consumption must be covered by the tenant.
THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
- 1 month of stay: 50% of the month
- Stay from 2 to 3 months: 1 month
- 3+ months of stay: 2 months

This apartment is for people who have another permanent residence and need a seasonal rental of more than 31 days for various reasons (work, studies, vacation, leisure...)
