Lokalizacja apartamentu była idealna blisko do metra, autobusu i pociągu. W okolicy bardzo dużo sklepów, restauracji i barów. Apartament przestronny idealny dla 6 osób, wyposażony i czysty, na 6 piętrze ale była winda. Aplikacja do otwierania drzwi (nuki) działala sprawnie. Kontakt z obsługą był ok, szybko odpisywali na wiadomości. Apartament ma widok na dziedziniec a nie jak pokazano na zdjęciu na główną ul Casa Balto dzięki temu można spokojnie otworzyć okno i cieszyć się ciszą a nie hałasem.

Top location for business but for pleasure as well. Easy access to all the subway lines and very close to La Rambla!

Nice and tidy apartmant, absolute great location, metro, bus, bars, supermakets within 50 m. Only the mattresses are a bit too soft over a certain age, but on the other our kids enjoyed the beds being that soft :)

A wonderful living option in Barcelona. I can not say enough about the central location (right across from Casa Batllo) and 20 yards from a metro station. The unit itself was very comfortable and had anything you needed (including ice in the ice tray upon arrival.) Great apartment, very comfortable bed and fantastic location. Shower was good and strong but any more than two people would need to stagger their showers as hot water won’t last. We loved the location; Central to many attractions, great restaurants and shops, all within a walking distance (the metro station is literally in front of the apartment. The place is modern and spacious. The description did not include washer and dryer option; however, they were available within the unit. A big plus. If there is anything to criticize: There is only one mirror in the apartment. Other than that, everything was as described. Gracias.

My family and l enjoyed our stay in your apartment, it’s spacious, and nice and modern inside, location was perfect right in heart of the city. I would recommend this apartment to anybody coming to stay in Barcelona.

The apartment is very quiet considering it is on a very busy road. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for an extended stay. We would consider staying here again.

El departamento es como lo muestran las fotografías de internet. El ruido que hace el ascensor en las recámaras es muy molesto. Muy sorprendidos que no se encuentra en la cocina al momento de llegada ni una gota de agua para beber. He rentado sus departamentos anteriormente y es la primera vez que la limpieza es pobre, por encima se veía limpio pero si movías las sillas o los botes de basura era otra cosa. Tuvimos una fuga de agua en el lavabo del baño que arreglaron bien.

Superbien ubicado , muy confortable y limpio... no entiendo porque no ponen toallas de mejor calidad y más grandes , no es un gasto terrible y estaría a la altura del apartamento! Sin problemas cuando se rompió algo , enviaron a arreglar de inmediato recomendadisimo

The Apartment was excellent, very clean and all furniture brand new. Kitchen very well equipped. The location is excellent and central to many restaurants and cafes. La Rambla only a 10 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend a stay at this Apartment.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable .however the shower was very small and the hot water only lasted only for 1 person yet the apt sleeps 4. Suggest a small welcome pack with the basic tea coffee and sugar. The apartment is not serviced. Location is great .

The apartment was clean and nicely appointed. The apartment locates in a very safe area and is right across from Casa Batlló, 2 blocks away from Casa Milà, and within walking distance to La Sagrada Familia. The apartment came with a kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer and and a drier. Tatiana helped us check in and was very patient and friendly all the time. The only downside is that the elevator could be noisy if you stay in the bedroom closed to the entrance.

The apartment is ok, comfortable, close to metro e bus and with right space for four people. Suggestions: Welcome pack no so good for us, related with the price; would be useful a choice with: a) breakfast pack with fruit juices, bread to toast, marmalade, butter, some fruits, sugar ok, Nescafé ok, an option would be Nespresso coffee , some cheese (for toast), dome biscuits; b) lunch-dinner pack with pasta, tomatoes, tuna, salt, eggs, ham, coffee, bread, fruits (not only banana) Habitat comments: Thank you for your feedback and suggestions. We created a welcome pack including the basic elements, which can be useful for everyone. However people´s needs can be varied, for this reason we are open to replace some items upon request.

Excellent apartment, really lovely interior and amazing location.

Localisation parfaite pour visiter Barcelone; situation centrale au pied du métro. Calme (juste un peu le bruit de l ascenseur dans une des chambres quand les voisins sont partis très tôt un matin). Appartement très fonctionnel et soigné. Il ne manque rien. A noter juste l évier de la salle de bain qui ne s écoulait pas bien quand on y était. Check in et check Out très facile. Nice modern apartment. Very spacious and great facilities available - large modern kitchen, washing machine, top end appliances. Very clean and everything looked new. Good location, walking distance to everything sights and also easy to use Metro from this area too.

Large, newly renovated & spotlessly clean apartment in great location, steps to metro and Casa Batllo. Apartment could use more dishes/utensils, etc if to be used for significant cooking. Habitat staff made checking in easy and quickly responded with excellent results when the internet service was spotty.

Very nice place and wonderfull service from Habitat Apartment ! It would be even better with double glazed windows in the 2 bedrooms to reduce the sound of the elevator in the morning. To make it absolutely perfect it would also require another mirror and a DVD player. We highly recommend this apartment very well located and equipped !

We were met at the apartment at the pre-arranged time. Julia checked us in and made us most welcome. Our party changed from 2 adults and 1 child to 2 Adults and 2 children at a late stage but I did not inform Habitat as I knew there were enough beds. To my surprise they actually reduced the price for me by 15E which was really appreciated. Also allowed me to store my suitcases after normal check-out as there was no other guest booked in. I would definitely use Habitat next time in Barcelona - good price and great service. Paul Anderson

We found ourselves very very well: everything was in order.

This was a great apartment. Fabulous location near any kind of transportation you would need whether it's the airport bus or the short distance train or the metro. There was plenty of space for our family of two small children and it was comfortable. Beds were really Nice!! As other people already mentioned elevator was pretty loud but it didn't seem to be running very often only after about 8 o'clock in the morning. I could see if you go to bed early it may be an issue. The couch was annoying because it is a sectional That came apart easily, that is something that could be repaired Pretty easily and I am guessing with how attention detailed this company Is they will probably fix it after This review. / Habitat Apartments: Good afternoon, thank you for your comment, we will fix the problem with the couch. Great apartment in a great central location. The building and apartment is very secure. We were greeted on arrival by a very friendly and informative representative from Habitat. She gave us a tour of the apartment and made sure we could log into the WiFi before she left. The washer/dryer work great. Couldn't have been happier.

Everything was perfect, esp. very nice and professional way we were introduce by habitat employee.

Very clean, well equiped and good location. The lift mechanism runs next to the bedroom window so some noise from this.

Excellent apartment. Very spacious, well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer a great convenience), great location for site seeing, near metro stops, very quiet at night (rare in city center).

Fantastic apartment. New, clean, well located, quiet. Easy connections to metro, restaurants and shopping needs. Great kitchen and appliances for a family, including a clothes dryer. The only thing we found lacking were no baking sheets/pans or pot holders to use with the oven and the safe was not operating. These were not able to be remedied during our stay, but hopefully will be for future guests. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Paseo de Gracia B and Habitat Apartments.

Really nice apartment in a good area. Strange thing with hot water, it runs out very fast - we were 4 people and had to wait quite some time for re-heat. Besides that everything was perfect
