Berlin Mitte
Berlin Mitte is the historical heart of Berlin and represents in many ways the real centre of the city. It doesn't matter really where you go to in Mitte. It's all one huge tourist centre made up of innumerable points of interest.
Tiergarten
Tiergarten, north of Kreuzberg and Schöneberg, is dominated by the park of the same name, and is flanked along its southern fringe by some fine museums, a zoo, the reborn diplomatic quarter and the Potsdamer Platz.
