Apartamento céntrico muy cerca del metro. Calle muy ruidosa los fines de semana, así que mejor los apartamentos interiores. El personal de recepción muy amable. Eché de menos puerta en la habitación (me molesta la luz) y que funcionaran todas las persianas.

The apartment was in great condition pretty much repressive of the pictures and actually bigger once you are here. You have everything you need here. The beds were definitely not comfortable though. The other downside was the wifi only worked in the kitchen. The bedroom was too far away to get any reception. We immediately notified the staff however nothing was done about although they ensured they would look into. There was no follow up. The location was great, just a few steps from Gran Via.

Excellent apartment in a very nice area of Madrid. Close to the Metro. Nice local cafes and bars in the area. Doesn't seem to be many tourists staying in the area. Windows face the interior courtyard, not the street. Not much of a view but the apartment is remarkably quiet and I appreciated this after a long day exploring the city.

L'appartamento è davvero bello, spaziosissimo, ben curato e pulito. Come si può vedere dalle foto ha un arredamento moderno ed è fornito di tutto ciò che serve per una vacanza a Madrid. Posizione ottima a due passi dalla Gran Via. Il personale che abbiamo trovato in segreteria è stato gentilissimo ed era spesso presente nello stabile.

The apartment is a good size for 2 people and is well equipped, both in terms of furniture and kitchen applicances. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in the bathroom/shower. We found the air conditioning to be a little noisy and had occasional problems with it shutting off - this issue was attended to propmtly. The apartment is close to Gran Via Metro with a good range of shopping (clothes and groceries) and bars and restaurants. Recommended.

We lodged at Gran Via 2C Apartment for 3 nights during a visit to Madrid. The apartment is in a very strategic position. The space is clean, comfortable and welcoming. Bathrooms well equipped. The décor of the apartment shows good taste. The only problem was the Internet Connection which was failing at times. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who intends to visit Madrid!

The apartment is a excellent choice for your stay in Madrid. It is right in the heart of the city. The Gran Via is just around the corner, but in the apartment you won hear any traffic noise. The quality of the apartment is good and there is enough room to move around. The quality of the Wifi is not so good, most of the time the signal is to weak.

Goede lokatie, schoon, compleet ingericht, rustig door ligging aan de achterkant van het gebouw. Daardoor geen direct uitzicht op straat, maar alleen op een kleine binnenplaats.

Enjoyed the stay. Great location right near Gran Via. Apartment was neat and modern. Only slight downer was arranging contact on arrival. A bit sloppy. HabitatApartments says about this comment: people on check in this apartments sometimes could seem not to very enthusiastic but good team and honest people at the end.

The Grand Via appartment is well located, very big and quite luxurious compared to other places. The decoration is hip, modern and looks good. Very clean and quiet too. Yet, it has no real atmosphere. Cold, I would describe it, or sterile. With some plants this can be improved quickly. Good price quality however and I would recommend it anyway.
