Cancellation

For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:

A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card

500 € bills not accepted.
Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
We do accept Visa or Mastercard.

Deposit : Cash

A damage deposit of 200 € in cash will be required.
500 € bills not accepted.

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 12:00 to 21:00

For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.

Check-out : Before 11:00

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Location of this apartment in Madrid

The apartment is located in Valverde St, a small quiet street in a dynamic area, situated next to Gran Vía and in easy reach of restaurants and bars. It is located in central Madrid.

Crossing Gran Via and Calle de Alcalá, you'll get to Plaza del Cibeles. Located on the intersection of Calle de Alcalá with Paseo de Recoletos and Paseo del Prado, distinctive for its central fountain built in 1782 (Cibeles fountain) and for the four representative buildings; Buenavista Palace (Army base), Linares Palace (America House), Commications Palace (home to Madrid's Mayor) and Bank of Spain.

Following Calle de Alcalá you'll find another symbol of the city, Puerta de Alcalá, which owes its name to Alcalá de Henares who took this way to the city. From Plaza de Cibeles, following Paseo del Prado towards the south some 10 minutes, you'll reach the Prado Museum, Thyssen-Bornemisza and the Royal Botanic Garden.

To the south east, just 800 metres from the apartment is 'Zero Kilometre', the centre of Madrid and Spain, located in Puerta del Sol. The Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral are less than 1 kilometre from the apartment, just 20 minutes walk away.

From the beginning, malls, designer stores and movie theaters opened their doors here. Today it is well known as the Broadway of Madrid due to the large number of cinemas and theaters.

On this square you can find the Kilometre 0, which is the center of the radial network of the six main roads streets in Spain which are reaching from there over the whole peninsula.
Chueca - 0.50 km.

Great apartment in middle of center. Everything within walking distance. Kind owner. Luggage storage (late checkout) was possible. Nice street view, but very light sleepers could better book apartments B or C in the weekends because of street noise. Would book this apartment again.

Everthing was good, however the street was too loud. It was almost impossible to sleep. The housekeeper was very kind and helpful.

The apartment had a perfect location, was very clean and Agusto was very friendly and professional.

+ outstanding location, size of appartments, welcoming staff, flexible conditions oferred - it was quite cold in the room and there was no room cleaning during 3 days we stayed there however its didn't influence on our good impression

+ Ubicación perfecta, en una bocacalle a 30 metros de Gran Vía (tras el edificio de Telefónica). Nos alojamos en el apartamento de Luxe. Bastante amplio, cocina muy bien equipada. Salón con 3 balcones, y dos sofás de 3 plazas muy muy cómodos. Amplio dormitorio. Buen cuarto de baño, un armario empotrado amplio y una pequeña habitación-armario de desahogo. - El suelo cerámico, da sensación frio. Se empeñaron en cobrarnos un 4% más de lo cerrado con Booking, por pagar con tarjeta de crédito, en vez de efectivo....!!!!!!
