The apartment has 1 bedroom, a living room, kitchen and a bathroom.  Also, it features high quality fittings where design and fine materials go together and is perfect for couples or friends. Perfect for holiday or business stays. Internet connection at no extra cost.

- Check in at the apartment on the 24th, 25th and 31st December is strictly only possible before 20:00. Reservations with check in after this time will not be accepted.

COVID-19 prevention

Habitat Apartments complies with the Cleaning and Security protocols contained in the Order of the Ministry of Health SND/399/2020, of May 9 regarding COVID-19. These protocols regulate:

  1. The cleaning to be carried out in the apartments with appropriate products, replacement and cleaning of textiles.
  2. The security and prevention measures of the staff of Habitat Apartments and of our clients.
  3. The necessary information to our clients about the competent regulations to fulfill.

Perfecta ubicación totalmente céntrica.

Hemos pasado dos noches en estos apartamentos y estamos encantados. Económicos y muy bien ubicados. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para no echar nada en falta... Lavavajillas, lavadora, plancha, frigorífico.... Mi recomendables.

Conditions

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Cash and credit card
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Cash
  • A damage deposit of 200 € in cash will be required.
  • 500 € bills not accepted.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 12:00
  • For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
  • For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
