This astonishing apartment in Rome got its name from Fontana della Terrina or 'Soupbowl' fountain that can be seen from the window of the apartment, just on Piazza Campo dei Fiori. The fountain that once watered the cattle, now is being used to keep the flowers fresh. The interesting thing about it is its ancient inscription that says "Do well and let them talk", describing the blabbing and gossip habits of the marketplace.

It is located on the 1st floor of the old Roman building. It includes 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bathroom with ample shower. Furthermore, there is a living room with sofa bed and a fully-equipped kitchen. Cancellation

For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:

A 15.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Payment on arrival day : Cash

500 € bills not accepted.

Deposit : Cash

A damage deposit of 150 € in cash will be required.
500 € bills not accepted.

Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 14:00 to 20:30

For check-in from 20:30 there is an extra charge of 35 €.
For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.

Check-out : Before 11:00

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 3.5000 € per night and person will be added to the total price.

The city tax will apply to a maximum of 10 nights.
The city tax does not apply to those under 10 years.
