Valencia is the third largest city in Spain and capital of the province of the same name. This city is famed for its spectacular sights, for being the home of paella and for las Fallas (a traditional celebration). The following areas describe the main places where our apartments are situated. Old quarter is the most centrally located, the Old River Bed houses the City of Arts and Sciences and the Malvarrosa is one of the famous beaches in the city.
Barrio el Carmén locally known as el Carme, it is one of Valencia’s most attractive and old neighborhoods, with historic buildings dating back to Roman and Arabic times. The Plaza del Carmen is a romantic destination at its best.
The historic Barrio del Carmen hosts the Valencian Institute of Modern Art as well as some other tourist sights. At night, el Carme is a lively spot, with trendy bars and cafés, music, and friendly people on the streets. It is a must visit and a favourite for the majority of the visitors, as it gives you the chance to spend some time at unique and different bars and restaurants. The variety of experience you can get to know is quite fascinating and the district is well worth anyone´s attention.
