Valencia is the third largest city in Spain and capital of the province of the same name. This city is famed for its spectacular sights, for being the home of paella and for las Fallas (a traditional celebration). The following areas describe the main places where our apartments are situated. Old quarter is the most centrally located, the Old River Bed houses the City of Arts and Sciences and the Malvarrosa is one of the famous beaches in the city.
This district is where the river Turia used to run before the flood, which is the reason why it is dry now. The area is centrally located and at the same time incredibly rich in green areas - beautiful gardens and parks with fountains, where one can enjoy a brake from the busy everyday life. Furthermore it is where the City of Arts and Sciences is situated alongside other attractions. Some of them are the unique Gulliver playground, the dinosaur in front of the Science museum and many others.
The feel here can be described as a fine mix of Nature, Art and Science all in the same place, which makes it a perfect place to stay for all the adventurous and curious ones as well as the people longing for a brake from the noise and stress in the big city.
