The apartament is very nice, everything new and comfortable. Apartamento correcto para una estancia céntrica en Madrid.

Excellent location. Very clean apartment. Compact and very comfortable.

Apartamento muy céntrico en edificio reformado al lado del edificio de Telefónica en Gran Vía. Gran facilidad para reservar. Trato muy amable. Está reformado aunque está un poco peor que en las fotos. De todos modos recomendable. No hay apenas ruido y como negativo destacaría tan sólo el olor que procedía de las tuberías del baño.

Ubicación increíblemente buena, 1 minuto de Gran Vía y pares con pares al edificio de Telefónica. La bienvenida de M°José muy atenta. Por sacar alguna pega, que no las hay, falta un poco de mimo en las colchas y algún mueble. Es tan chulo el apartamento que se hecha de menos esos detalles. Insisto en que es tan increíble la ubicación que todo lo demás queda en un mero comentario.

We spent 4 nights in the apartment in Madrid. The best thing about this apartment - is the locaion. Location. Location. Location. Minutes walk from everything that important in the city. located in the heart of a young awesome neighborhood. The apartment is ok. I would expect a little bit more of services for the money value (ex - Wifi is not working in the apartment, and if we needed internet (who doesnt), we had to sit in the entrance by the stairs). Thanks!

Great Location and convenience! key shortcoming is no wifi coverage for most of our stay (as it was fixed only the last day that we stayed). We were told that the hotspot is at level 1 and 3 while the room is at level 2. A couple of ceiling lights not working when checked in but got fixed pretty quickly.

Excelente apartamento, con calidad y buen gusto en la decoración. Situado en un punto céntrico y con buena comunicación. El único inconveniente, la tardanza en la reparación del servicio WIFI (no pude usar el servicio durante mi estancia)y continuos y molestos golpes que se oían durante todo el día sin parar.
