This is a very functional apartment in a great neighbourhood in Barcelona. Five showers was a real plus for eight people. Noise was a problem. You have to be really quiet for the neighbours as the ceilings are not soundproof. The cafe located right by the door is awesome as is Kings small convenience store. We had a few problems we identified at checkin, all but one were dealt with really quickly. Habitat was good to deal with and helpful. More basic necessities could have been provided.

All was well during our stay except from the Habitat Sevice. Some bed sheets were missing when we arrived to the apartment, and it took two days and severel phonecalls before they were delievered. Otherwise everything else was super.

Parlament Balconies was in a very got location. There were many great restaurants nearby and everything we needed for our stay was within close proximity. The apartment was quite comfortable and a good size; eight of us stayed there. There were some minor concerns with cleanliness, but not enough to impact our stay. We thoruoghly enjoyed our time there. If you you looking for a quiet place to stay, this would not be your choice of accommodation, but it suited us.

Excellent. Apartment spacious and clean. 15 minute walk to La Rambla. Natalia spent an hour with us and gave us invaluable information about the city highlights (and areas to avoid!). Hghly recommended. However you need to be aware that there is a lot of building work going on elsewhere in the apartment block and the noise was horrendous from 0800-1830. We were not warned about this before our stay - when I mentioned this at check out, the rep simply shrugged her shoulders and was not interested

Nice apartment, very clean and tidy. The lady who checked us in was brilliant! The location was pretty good and not to far from both Ramblas and The dancing fountains. The only issue we had was power cuts caused by renovations in the flat next door. The first night the power went out and we called the helpline and they got it sorted in 2 hours. The next day the power went out at 9am, we called to let them know about it and they said they would call us back with an update, they never did. This is a lovely apartment and is close to all the attractions that Barcelona has to offer. The service that we received from Habitat Apartments was first class from the moment that we booked. No enquiry that I made was too much trouble for them. The layout of the apartment is superb and catered for all our needs. I cannot fault anything from our stay in this lovely apartment.

All rooms of the apartment have been in a very good condition, clean, bright and beautiful. At the end of a day, the living room was a very good place to relax together. Alle Zimmer des Apartments waren in sehr gutem Zutand, sauber, hell und schön. Am Ende eines Tages war der Aufenthaltsraum eine sehr guter Platz gemeinsam um auszuspannen.

Très bel appartement. Très propre. Jolie déco. Très bonnes literies. Rues piétonnes de l'autre côté de la rue. Station de métro à deux pas de l'immeuble. Petit bémol : bruyant la nuit à cause de la rue.

We loved our stay.We are a family of 6,ages 37 to 71.The location is wonderful.Easy to walk or take metro for sightseeing,food markets,museums,parks,shopping,and restaurants.It is immaculate.Same day response to repair request as call to management.There are a few things to be aware of-far outweighed by positives-it is an active neighborhood and can be noisy at night-use white noise (app on iphone,etc.)or earplugs.Kitchen is simple.Dryer is clothesline over the courtyard.Highly recommended!

Highly recommended! Habitat service was great! Lovely apartment. (Las Ramblas only 15 min walk). Well furnished with excellent beds - very comfortable sleep. (although we felt the configuration of beds in rooms could be altered. - i.e. put the 2 single beds into a larger bedroom). A couple of minor things that prevented a 10/10 for general quality were, - air conditioning wasn't working in one of the bedrooms - wifi didn't work - sofa bed in living room was not comfortable

The apartment is of a good size, with plenty of bathrooms . Location is outside of usual tourist areas, easy access to the Metro, but also quite noisy for most of the time. amenities of the apartment are very basic, and would be good to see a few more provisions (soap, tea towels, washing powder).
