Description
This apartment is divided on 2 floors and has just been renovated to a very high standard of quality to accomodate up to 4 people. It offers plenty of light thanks to its large windows across the front of the living room and as well views to the canal and the Rijksmuseum.
The apartment includes the following amenities and services:
- 1 double Bedroom with queen size bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom (upstairs)
- Open space with Dining/Living/Kitchen area with high ceilings and gas fireplace (downstairs)
- L-shaped couch that makes into a sofa-bed (queen size).
- The en-suite Bathroom has two sinks, a large mirror, separate bathtub and shower and a second wc
- Two toilets: one in the en-suite bathroom and one separated.
- Fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas stovetop, and all other necessary cooking utensils
- Large flat screen TV

- Weekly cleaning. If you stay more than 1 week, but less than 2 weeks, one cleaning is included in the middle of your stay.
Excluded from the price are:

- A fixed-line telephone is available in all apartments. Please let us know if you would like it connected.
- €15 fee for connecting the phone line.

Cancellation Policy:
- 50% of deposit(*) will be refunded if cancellation is made 3 weeks or more before arrival date.
- No refund of deposit if cancellation is made within 3 weeks of arrival.
- Full payment of booking is due if cancelled within 72 hours of the beginning of your stay or no show.
(*) In case of credit card refunds, the initial credit card transaction charge on the deposit of 5% plus the refund transaction charge of 5% will be deducted from the refund to cover the credit card charges incurred by Habitat Apartments.

Conditions
Cancellation
- For cancellations within 21 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 3 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.
Payment
Advance payment
- A 50.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- Cash and credit card
- 500 € bills not accepted.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit
- No deposit is required for this apartment.
Arrival and exit day
Check-in
- From 15:00
- Early check-in is possible from 00:00 and there is an extra charge of 40 € (subject to availability).
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out
- Before 10:30
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 10:30 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
