Singel Canal 1 Apartment
Description
This is a very light apartment on the 3rd floor (no lift). The spacious living room has a wall of south-facing windows with a fabulous view overlooking the Singel Canal. The kitchen is semi-open to the living room with new, built-in Siemens appliances.
The apartment offers the following amenities and services:
- Bedroom with queen-size bed (can be separated in two beds) and wardrobe.
- Living room with large windows (television with cable, DVD player and Stereo/CD player)
- Fully equipped kitchen semi-opened to living area with large refrigerator/freezer, full-sized Siemens oven, dishwasher and all necesary cooking utensils.
- Bathroom (shower, bathtub, toilet, bidet and towel rack)
- Gas Fireplace in the living-room

- Separate washer/dryer
- Non smoking apartment
- no kids under the age of 10 (small babies accepted)
- Weekly cleaning. If you stay more than 1 week, but less than 2 weeks, one cleaning is included in the middle of your stay.
Excluded from the price are:

- A fixed-line telephone is available in all apartments. Please let us know if you would like it connected.
- €15 fee for connecting the phone line.

Cancellation Policy:
- 50% of deposit(*) will be refunded if cancellation is made 3 weeks or more before arrival date.
- No refund of deposit if cancellation is made within 3 weeks of arrival.
- Full payment of booking is due if cancelled within 72 hours of the beginning of your stay or no show.
(*) In case of credit card refunds, the initial credit card transaction charge on the deposit of 5% plus the refund transaction charge of 5% will be deducted from the refund to cover the credit card charges incurred by Habitat Apartments.

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 21 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 3 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.
Payment
Advance payment
- A 50.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- Cash and credit card
- 500 € bills not accepted.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit
- No deposit is required for this apartment.
Arrival and exit day
Check-in
- From 15:00
- Early check-in is possible from 00:00 and there is an extra charge of 40 € (subject to availability).
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out
- Before 10:30
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 10:30 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
