This charming typical 17th century apartment with wooden floors is located on the top floor of a canal house offering splendid views of the Keizersgracht canal from the living-room. On the first floor you will find also a modern kitchen with dining table and an entry hall with a toilet. Stairs will lead you to two large double bedrooms, a complete bathroom and toilet. The whole apartment is an enchanting mix of authenticity and modernity.

- Early check ins (between 12:00 and 15:00) or late check ins (after 23:00) are upon request and the cost of this service is 30 euro. For check-in earlier than 12:00 a half-day rate will be charged. Normal check in time is from 15:00 to 23:00 (no extra charge).
- Payment of any open balance must be settled two weeks prior to check-in, bank transfer or by American Express, Diner's Club, MasterCard or Visa.

CANCELLATION
- The 50 euro booking fee is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure.
- If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days in advance of the check-in date, then the booking fee paid will be returned, less an administration charge of € 50 (inc. VAT).
- If the booking is cancelled 14 days or less in advance of the check-in date, then the booking fee paid will be returned, less 25% of the total amount, with a minimum of € 50 (inc. VAT).
- If the booking is cancelled 7 days or less in advance of the check-in date, the full amount will be charged for the entire period as originally booked.
- If the tenant does not show up for check-in, the full amount will be charged for the entire period as originally booked.

COVID-19 prevention

Habitat Apartments complies with the Cleaning and Security protocols contained in the Order of the Ministry of Health SND/399/2020, of May 9 regarding COVID-19. These protocols regulate:

  1. The cleaning to be carried out in the apartments with appropriate products, replacement and cleaning of textiles.
  2. The security and prevention measures of the staff of Habitat Apartments and of our clients.
  3. The necessary information to our clients about the competent regulations to fulfill.

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 14 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 25% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 7 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
  • Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 9.43% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Credit card
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Credit card
  • A damage deposit of 500 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 23:00
  • Early check-in is possible from 12:00 and there is an extra charge of 30 € (subject to availability).
  • For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
  • Late check-out is possible till 14:00 and there is an extra charge of 30 €.

Additional information

City tax : 5.0000% city tax will be added to the total price. Booking fee : A non-refundable 50 € fee will be added to the total of the stay after booking to cover administration costs.
