The houseboat is very spacious: 100 square meters including a cozy lounge area, an open kitchen with dining table and living room with skylight. Two bedrooms, one with a round bed and the other with two single beds and a bathroom complete the apartment.

You will experience a dream and living a really traditional location!

Lounge Boat could not be faulted. Habitat Apartments would need to organise and communicate with the owner the payment method.It clearly states on the booking form..'credit card payment only', however the owners had no knowledge of this, and could not take a credit card payment, we had to make several trips to the ATM to withdraw cash for payment. Conditions

Cancellation

  • For cancellations within 14 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 25% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations within 7 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
  • Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure.

Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Payment

Advance payment:
  • A 9.43% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
  • The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day : Credit card
  • Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit : Credit card
  • A damage deposit of 500 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
  • We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Final cleaning : Included in the price.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 23:00
  • Early check-in is possible from 12:00 and there is an extra charge of 30 € (subject to availability).
  • For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
Check-out : Before 11:00
  • In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
  • Late check-out is possible till 14:00 and there is an extra charge of 30 €.

Additional information

City tax : 5.0000% city tax will be added to the total price. Booking fee : A non-refundable 50 € fee will be added to the total of the stay after booking to cover administration costs.
