Very clean apartment, everything we needed available. Good value for money. Metro station very close so easy to move around Barcelona.

We were pleasantly surprised with the apartment. My sister even could see herself living in a similar one (she is the tricky one)

In terms of location it was good too. We were very happy with our representative a lovely girl and very helpful.
We absolutely would consider booking with habitatapartments again in the future!

Great communication with our friendly host. Clear instructions making check in easy. Clean and comfortable apartment. Close to metro and surrounded by all the local amenities we needed. Definitely would recommend. Thankyou for having us-

Cute apartment with great light. Easy to access. Basic amenities. AMAZING water pressure on the shower. Wish there was more toilet paper or paper towels.-

In general, very nice appartments.
I liked the kitchen and balcony, very beautiful bedroom with a view on the city.
Minuses:
- the door in the closet can not be locked
- one bedroom has view on the brick wall and is little bit dark.

The apartment is really nice, clean and spacious. The facilities in the apartment are very good.This apartment is very reasonably priced. The only downside i could think of is the €300 refundable deposit that they ask once you check in. I don't mind having a deposit if it will be refunded straight after check out.We are already on a tight budget as that €300 seems like its gone as it won't get refunded until within 1-2wks after check out. We could have used that €300 during our holiday.

The apartment is recent and equiped with all comfort.
The beds are good.
The location is convenient : close to the Metro Station Badal or St Eulalia.
The team was helpfull for setting the appointment for the checkin.
You can call by phone in case you need some information or help (it helped us a lot as we forgot some luggage in the apartment after closing the door for the check out ...).
Very good quality / price.

GREAT APARTMENT!!
Group of 4 ladies stayed at the apartment, everything was as lovely as the pictures described. Rep was very helpful and friendly, explained all that was needed for the apt such as washing machine, heating, cooking etc. Located downstairs to the right of the apt was a convenience store which came in handy has everything you may need. To the left a 5 minute walk will take you to the metro station. Only feedback: an extra bathroom & door handle for the outside balcony door.

Lo siento, pero no entiendo el ingles. Tampoco pudimos leer el manual de instrucciones del apartamento. Solo estaba en ingles y no pudimos caldear el apartamento. Habitat comment: Gracias por sus comentarios. Lo sentimos si no hemos estado a la altura de todas sus expectativas. Nos gustaría informarle que tenemos una linea de 24 horas para ayudar en cualquier cosa como el sistema de calefacción. Esperamos tener la oportunidad de volver a recibirle en un futuro.

In a nutshell - It was a wonderful stay in Barcelona.
The Apartment is very spacious (we travelled in a group of 5 people) and modern furnished.
Furthermore it is provided with a plenty of technical devices (washing machine, fridge&freezer, dishwasher, microwave...)
We met the receptionist on time.
The staff is very organized and helpful.
I would definitely recommend this apartment.

REcently renewed, this apartment offers everything you need for a short stay in Barcelona. Close to a Metro station, can visit any place and return to a quiet sleeping environment.

Le séjour s\'est très bien passé. L\'appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Il est très bien situé a 5/10 minutes de marche du métro.
Le seul problème la chambre coté rue est mal isolée car nous entendions le bruit de dehors fenêtre fermée.(les voitures et les passants).

Its really nice apartment, close to Camp nou (10-15min by walk), close to Metro station. I would recommend this apartment to young people or families.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. There are some nice local restaurants close by in a little square and lots of shops to buy fresh food from.
5 mins walk from Santa Eulalia Metro station.
Main road can be a noisy in the front bedroom at night.
Didn\'t have any habitat service so couldn\'t comment.
