Bardzo dobra lokalizacja:rynek, stacja metra, piekarnia i drobne restauracje po sąsiedzku. Sprawna obsługa rezerwacji, apartament czysty, estetyczny jedyna drobna wada to akustyka budynku i dla śpiących w saloniku lekki hałas z ulicy ale to już kwestia wyboru cichy zaułek i wszędzie troszkę dalej czy super komunikacja praktycznie pod oknem.
W sumie zdecydowani polecam!

Bonito apartamento próximo a estación tren y metro
Todo correcto, buena iluminación.
Buen aislamiento acústico.
Buen funcionamiento de ducha

Me gustó la ausencia de persianas suplida por cortinas opacas
Cama amplia y cómoda
Necesita reparación cajón superior de mueble lavabo!!
Suelo delante sofa está gastado y panel puerta frigorífico agrietadla.
HA: gracias por escoger nuestro apartamento para su estancia, nos alegra saber que ha estado a gusto. Tomamos nota de las cosas que se deben de mejorar. Saludos

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 7 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Advance payment
- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- From 15:00 to 21:00
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
- For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Additional information
City tax
- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
